But so long as you do the prices are great and products are plentiful.I personally love Moroccan Oil products, but Amazon charges twice the price for half the product.I also found a new favorite hair paste and will be returning again to buy more when I run out of it, which will likely be soon.The employees are friendly and courteous.

Amber Beauchamp: The new store is beautiful but the the two employees working today were incredibly rude to my daughter and I. We were the only two in the store so when my four year old told me she had to go to the restroom I'm sure they heard. So this being the first time in the new store I looked around for the restroom. I eventually found one. Mind you all the doors were open and I didn't see any signs stating it wasn't public. I even left my cart in the shopping area. When we were done both employees had an attitude and stated it was a public restroom and that I couldn't use it several times. I said I was sorry and that I didn't realize it wasn't public. They responded that I should have asked and still had a HUGE attitude. Never have I been treated so unkindly! If you don't want the public to use your bathroom close the door and a sign would be appreciated. Also you are in costumer service simply informing me would have been enough. I wasn't rude or even argued with them so their attitude towards us was completely unnecessary. Those employees need a lesson in being kind and costumer service. I had a full cart and put the whole thing back. I will not be back! Salon Centric is around the corner and they know how to treat their customers even if they make a mistake
