Drew Ferrier: It was okay. Not worth the price. Notice the good reviews are from 6+ years ago. I stayed in the Lawton suite.Just a few things to know before you stay: they don't serve breakfast, but sometimes they will leave snacks in the lobby, but it's usually empty. Bring your own refillable water bottle because the fridge is always empty, but they do have filtered tap water in the lobby. There's a mini fridge in the closet. There's a coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom jacuzzi tub was nice.If I ever visit Fort Wayne again, I'd go to a cheaper place and get my money's worth.
Lila Watch: My husband and I were visiting Fort Wayne and thought this place looked great online, should have read the newer reviews and not the just the old higher rated reviews. Point is, this place is not ideal for anyone, unless you like staying in an unsafe area of the city and sleeping on a king size mattress that's really twin beds put together, not comfy at all. The bed gave us sore necks and backs, so ancient and springy. Plus, we weren't emailed at first about the house having a smart home system, we were given NO codes and were locked out on first arriving. We tried calling their phone number they advertise and left three voicemails explaining our situation. It wasn't until past midnight that my husband and I had found a hotel (where we should have stayed) that we got an email from them telling us the code to inside the inn and to our bedroom. Our bedroom was upstairs, a very old, steep, narrow stairs meant for thin people (I worry about anyone bigger being able to use these stairs). And our room looked and felt old, huge cracks in the wall, carpet that is dirty and smells like urine, a bright neon Exit sign that we had to cover up at night so we could sleep, and cobwebs hanging around. Someone hadn't cleaned this place in a while and we loved hearing police sirens in the middle of the night. And, they claimed to offer free breakfast but we were given no breakfast, our first morning we went downstairs and found two Nutrigrain bars and then the next morning nothing at ALL! I just figure if you're going to advertise breakfast and have a sign downstairs that says you offer breakfast please actually offer it. I guess we should have known better than to stay in Fort Wayne or at least a place that isn't some franchised hotel, I can't believe we spent so much money on so little. The only nice thing about this place was the bathroom, it had a nice enough jacuzzi for my husband and I. I do NOT recommend this place though! I didn't feel safe and we never met or spoke to the owner or the manager mainly because they were never there and they didn't answer our calls.TLDR: Stayed in a run down inn in the ghetto with poor service. Would NOT recommend for anyone visiting Fort Wayne!!!!!!! Go somewhere cheaper and get better service!!!!!!

Arra Lee: Both owner and manager were rude. Owner had sent us an email before our stay and told us if we needed anything to reach out… Which was nice. But, when we emailed him with a simple question about bottled water his response came across as rude pretty much telling us we can walk two blocks to a gas station to get a drink. We stayed on July 4th and sat in front of the house to watch fireworks. We moved a bench from one part of the yard to another so we could actually see the show (we moved it back when the show was over)… Well, a lady starts walking through the gate saying something to the person she was with about us stealing her bench and was cursing about some of the other guests parking the wrong way in the parking lot. That lady happened to be the manager. When we realize that, we asked her about the bottled water (because we hadn’t gotten a response yet) and she told us that they couldn’t ever keep them because guest steal them…? We were so confused by that comment. She kept going on about how they can’t keep anything in the house because the guests steal everything and the owner kept having to go to the store all of the time to keep stock blah blah blah… She was very unprofessional. The room looked cute but the comforter was dirty… don’t know if it hadn’t been changed or if it was just stained… Either way. You could tell the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Also, we were woken at 1:30 in the morning by people yelling downstairs. Apparently, the cops were there and one of the other guests was “resisting” arrest. Anyways, we were so excited about staying at the LaSalle but we ended up being very disappointed.
Teresa Morning: "King sized" bed was 2 singles pushed together and where the 2 mattresses meet in the center, it was NOT comfy. Stairs are steep and narrow. Owner was very helpful/accessible but I doubt that we will return.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jennifer Whicker: We stayed in the Lincoln Room in the Sion Bass House for my Beau's 65th bday. He is handicapped so was vere pleased about the Lincoln Room being ADA accessible to where we could park directly in front of the ramp leading to our room. The room was nice but it seemed it wasn't entirely cleaned upon our arrival. There was trash bagged up inside of the room and only one set of towels. A few snacks were available in the lobby and there was also a Kureg, however they had no cream available and only a few packs of sugar. I have no idea if they served breakfast. I've stayed in a lot of B&B's which have all made it very clear when, where, what and how breakfast would be served. There was no mention about breakfast here, neither online, through emails nor in house so I have absolutely no idea if they even offer breakfast so we just left and ate breakfast somewhere else. The last mention of breakfast I could find was from a guest post back in 2016. Will probably not be staying here again.
Alexis Busselberg: Absolutely lovely place to stay. We stayed in the Sion Bass suite because I really wanted the jacuzzi tub and it was PERFECT. The location, amenities (THE TUB ), and price cannot be beat. Mike left very clear instructions about how to park and access the house and our suite, I never even needed to message him for anything. We will definitely stay here every time we want to stay downtown as long as it's available. I highly recommend the LaSalle Guest House!!
InPoweredByCyndi: Very clean, beautiful house. The host for great. We had a two-person jacuzzi wonderful. And a fireplace. I would stay again. I would also recommend this lovely place.
Racheal Roberson: Was a little disappointed with the size. I liked the location.
Deborah Angstrom: My boyfriend and I reserved the McCulloch suite for 1 night this past weekend.First issue is that the owners feel they can just walk in unannounced to "give us hand towels". I was getting dressed and they were invading our privacy.Second issue, we come back later in the evening to use the jacuzzi tub. This stagnant water and dirty bubbles were forming on the water and we hadn't put anything in there.Third issue, this room is sketchy. There's a sitting room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.. the door to enter the suite has a window above the door but it has a curtain. Then there's a back door emergency exit just to the side of the foot of the bed. There's a window above that door too but no curtain, and facing the bed. Well we decided to deal with it and we were just about asleep and someone was at the emergency exit door trying to break in. This was around 1am ish. We get up and my boyfriend checks the place and he went through the back door which leads to a stairwell. He goes down and the door is UNLOCKED!!!! We could have been robbed and/or in serious danger! Plus! I wonder how many peeping -toms enter and take pictures from the window above the door! We tried calling the inn-keeper twice and it went straight to voicemail. We packed up our things and left before 1:30am. Would not recommend this place if you're concerned for your safety and dignit
Kathi Lyvers: Clean and comfortable with an old time feel.

Michael Smith: Hotel management to your reply to my review would you like to see pictures of the food and kids ball under our beds cause I do have them. I sent them to someone I know in the hotel business and they said that's gross and poor housecleaning
Michael Reece: So ill start out with the positive:1. There were guards on the windows. We were on the 3rd floor and we have a 4 and 2 year old so if they get any bright ideas the window only opens a few inches.2. The staff was very friendly.3. The hotel is along a nature preserve which offered an amazing view. The Negative:1. The room had a very musty smell too it.2. The site lists breakfast, but all there was were oatmeal packets with hot water. No silver/plasticware.3. The shower was broken, only the shower head would work.I would say for paying roughly 50 bucks, you cant really go wrong. Things were clean and it was great on a budget.
Lance Sanders: They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They never have soap. If you ask for a dry off tile it is basically a Face Tile. If you can help it go to the hotel next doorRooms: The beds in the rooms are worn out spider webs in the corners of the room
Summer Moon: Dawn the night Manger put me in a room that was on the list to be cleaned she knew that That the room was dirty and she still put us in there it wasn't until 3:30 in the morning I got room switched had to wake up my 6yr old to move to clean room with broken shower. No one has called to apologize or refund my money.sleep in your car before you sleep in that dirty hotel.
Aryn Thomas: We weren’t here too long, just over a weekend, so it was great for the time and price.Only issues we had were that the window in our room was insanely drafty and the heater was right next to the window so it was always either boiling or freezing in the room, but that was manageable. We weren’t able to get any extra pillows as well.Otherwise, great for the price and location relative to the family I was visiting.
Marie Jennings: There was some amazing employees such as Sharon and Dawn. But there were some that were right down rude and out of line. When a fire alarm keeps going off because it is malfunctioning they should change the person's room not say it happens and make us listen to a fire alarm all night for 9+ hours. For a smoke free hotel, a manager or employee shouldn't be standing in the doorway the hotel having a cigarette. Over all clean, but housekeeping is only 1x every 2 weeks, and requests are ignored.
Erin Carnathan: Rooms are pretty nice service is horrible won't clean your room for 14 days won't empty your trash expect you to clean it in-between that time have to get your own clean towels bad bad bad I grew up at the holiday inn my dad was theanager this type of service is subpar at bestRooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Donna Clark: We booked our room thru a 3rd party and it went badly but Sharron was there to save the day. She went the extra mile to help us on countless phone calls and was able to resolve the situation. She was not obligated to help us but she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was good. We really appreciate her and hope that you will recognize what a wonderful employee that she is.
lynni young: The room room only had 1 bed, no coffee maker. The fridge was moldy a d The room stunk.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Best Western Fort Wayne I-69 North: what do users think?
Pam Dandrea: 3 stars location because it's too close to highway 69. Our view from our window was an electrical station.Noteworthy details: Dog friendly. Loved that. They had an indoor pool. Free breakfast in the morning. Nothing spectacular in the breakfast area. 3 types of cereal. Waffle maker, eggs, sausages (no bacon 😡) yogurt, cream cheese and bagels.
Gage Girvin: They out up with our kids
Jon Gordon: Really renovated the rooms, nice clean. Kids loved the poolRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Cassie Reed: For a "2 star" rated hotel, this hotel exceeded expectations! Clean, calm, modern feel and friendly staff! Pool was a great touch! Only complaint was they didn't have extra pillows there were 5 of us and 4 pillows but we made do. Will come again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Jonathan Demcak: This place is clean, rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. It does feel much more like the La Quinta it used to be than a Best Western it is now though. Minimal but new furnishings in the rooms. Not much for breakfast but enough to get by.
Melisa Dziekan: Nice clean quiet rooms.Food & drinks: Restaurants nearby. Walking distance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
Glen Korpal: Nice hotel, great location, clean, friendly professional staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

shawnn siders: !!! Horrible. Booked for two nights. No upkeep to the rooms no replacement towels. The room had ROACHS!!! Don’t not book here! This is also connected to a strip mall. I imagine those restaurants would have the ROACHS as well!
Linda Lakes: I chose this Hotel because it was close to DuPont hospital. My sister and I were satisfied with the room and beds. Because we had to leave so early we did not get the breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful.
Tammy F: CHECK-IN: Friendly and fast check-in.ROOM: We were given a room on the first floor. The room was nice.A good size, clean, well-laid out. Lots of electrical outlets.IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock/microwave/in-room coffee/mini fridge. The clock cannot be read at night.POOL:There was an indoor pool & hot tub which was really nice.TUB: Good. There was an unpleasant musty odor in the bathroom that never went away and we never accustomed to.BED: 3 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep.BREAKFAST: Very good! Clean, well maintained. Scrambled eggs/hard boiled eggs/ bagels/toast/cold cereal/waffles/yogurt...PRICE: on a Wednesday in Sept 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $100The only problem was that there was a dumpster right across from our room (#106) and at 5:24 a truck came to empty it....yellow lights flashing in our window, yelling. banging, thumping...tons of noise and lights at way too early for an East-bound traveler (losing the hour time difference) and that should not be allowed. Isn't there a bylaw against this?
Carolina Z: I just want to say this hotel has no empathy towards medical emergency and the lady I spoke to not helpful. I booked my reservation but due to medical emergency I was unable to keep reservation. Trying to get refund for unforseen matter is being difficult. I offered medical notes and all she keep saying was cancellation policy. At least try to give a credit, but nothing was done and I really want this matter escalated to her supervisor or head of hotel. Something could be done but her attitude was not understanding. People can't control unforseen medical emergency. I hope to hear from someone soon.

Magnuson Hotel Fort Wayne North: what do users think?
Stacey DeGarmo: I wasn't expecting a great hotel with a lot of amenities. For the price I paid, I was expecting a budget hotel. And it didn't even live up to those standards. I should have listened to the reviewers before me. The room was dirty. It didn't seem too bad when I walked in, but the more I looked around, the more disgusting it looked. The floors were dirty in the room and in the hallways. There were bits of food laying around the room. There was dust all over, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I can get past the scuffed up furniture and bare necessities for toiletries, but the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable.Walkability: There are a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. I did notice a lack of crosswalks along some of the main roads so some places were very difficult to get to on foot.
Chad Rowe: Well the rooms don't all have everything that is supposed to be provided such as microwaves and refrigerators!! After Climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, we enter and find that the room is unclean trashed! So we make our trip back downstairs to let the front desk lady she informed us that she would change our room...When we made the trip back up the 3 flights of steps we enter our room to find it not in the best shape! After a quick look around we are that there is no refrigerator or microwave so we make the trip back downstairs to talk with the front desk to resolve the issue with the microwave and refrigerator. The front desk lady tells us after telling her there were the needed appliances in the dirty room we entered first! She then tells us that we we can move the appliances to the room we have now ourselves...After going up and getting the appliances we notice a smell and open the fridge and there was old molded food in the fridge and it smelled like death...The hotel was way to high priced for what they offer ..The room should have been $30 compared to the $80 plus dollars that was spent! Do not go to this hotel if you expect to have any kind of relaxing night!!!
Jacky F.: Don't go there...Rooms: Not clean. Urin in bathroom floor. Shower was not clean. Pillows had no pillow case. Bedsheets weren't clean.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Tim Lebida: Room was nice, service was excellent!I forgot a tablet with sentimental photos at the hotel and the employees were very accommodating to help ship it to me on the west coast. I very much appreciate their kindness and consideration!
Thomas D. Cat: Looked like a standard motel and the concern was the breakfast due to the gravy looking very unsafe to eat, it looked very old for the interior, I recommend that this hotel should be torn down, have the breakfast safe to consume, Re design the interior, and I will recommend a different hotel company to take this location.
Team Buell: Bedbugs
John Clark: It was a very dirty, and creepyRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Fonda Vaughn: No phones in room. Refrigerator didn’t work plus bathroom was really dirty. No Ice was a machine but didn’t workRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Glenn Grider: Did not have a overall good impression when walking up to the hotel curb appeal is everything. Air conditioner didn't work the window is cracked and taped over toilet seat lid was missing bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Overall area was a bit dodgy. I would not recommend staying in this place for even one night. your better off sleeping in your car save your money stay at a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn pay the extra money you'll be glad you did.
Dawn Williams: This is now the best not too trashy hotel. It is clean and nice!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Danny Spencer: This place is awesomeRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
James Bailey: This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've had in my 70 years! This is a terrible place and should be closed. The room was dirty, cigarette burn marks on furniture and bedspreads, missing toilet lid, missing electrical outlet cover, missing light bulbs, etc, etc.Not only is it a terrible facility, but they scammed me over $400 for 1 night. Yes, they claim it was a 3rd party booking agent. But I have no doubt that they are in on it. The guy that checked me out in the morning sounded exactly like the man I spoke to when I called and booked the room the night before. Stay away!
Faizan Ahmed: Extremely unsanitary, carpet was vomited on and other bodily fluids as well. The manager was reactive and not proactive. He yelled at me over the phone when I discussed getting a refund for the unacceptable room we were given. Department of Health needs to get involved in investigating ASAP because this was not okay. I feel sorry for the people working at the front desk because it’s not their fault. MANAGEMENT needs to be replaced ASAP

Philip Fetters: Lobby is under construction which is understandable. Upon check-in we were handed a key and told to check the room and come back down if there were any issues. We rode the elevator to the third floor which unfortunately had the odor of a cat litter box throughout the hallway. The first room we entered (324) appeared clean at first sight however the heater was set to 84 and blowing cold air and the shower handle was broken off and missing. I returned to the front desk and received a key for an adjacent room to try on the same floor. The 2nd room was acceptable however overall given the number of available options from Choice Hotels in the area the other 2 Comfort Inn hotels in town are better options.Rooms: Rooms are definitely due for maintenance and upkeep.Food & drinks: Breakfast was unavailable during the time of our stay.
Robert May: I was locked out of my room, because of a faulty lock, and the front desk told me to wait until they could bring in a maintenance man to break into my room. My computer, my phone, and all of my belongings were locked inside my room for hours, until they could find someone to break into my room. Unbelievable...They offered me a new room, but no way to get my property out of my room. I ended up having to break into my room, at the front desk s suggestion, to get in. I understand you are going through renovations, but this isn't right.
Steve Bills: Very dirty. The room had several bugs. No breakfast as advertised. Don't recommend this motel.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Quality Inn: what do users think?
Twon Vanover: Nice, clean, and quiet. Lighting was dim tho
Jay Frank: Great value for the money. The facility is clean with quiet rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They create a nice ambiance from the moment you walk in.Safety: The front entrance is secure and rooms offer secure entrance with secondary locking mechanisms.Food & drinks: It is close to several food establishments and the hotel itself has deals with several local establishments for delivery deals.
Michael Greer: Clean hotel, super friendly staff. Nice and newer mattress in our room (king bed). We had about 100 people in our group, staff was excellent, well organized and extremely helpful. It’s an older hotel, 2 floors and no elevator. This was not an issue for our group. Convenient location to food (walkable) and easy access to interstate. Would stay again without hesitation.
Billy Adams: I’m a truck driver, I’ve been to hundreds of hotels, this one is great, it’s no resort, but the staff is nice and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable with plenty of food options and some shopping district within walking distance.
Jennifer K: Worst experience ever. The rooms were filthy, candy wrappers, toe nail clippings, dirty floor, stained linens and towels. The check-in took forever. I cancelled my week and only stayed one night. Never ever again. Breakfast was a muffin. The TV remote was disgusting and sticky. I had the creeps all night that something may crawl on me. The shower had mold. When I was unloading they have a garden cart to help unload but no automatic doors and the people working would not help hold a door.Clean the dang on place.
Yvonne McBrayer: The place had gone down hill. Was nothing like the clean nice place we have stayed previously. New owner really didn't care about the place. Only one housekeeper rooms were not clean very well, some rooms were being renovated bu still no excuse to why the rooms booked for stays were in the condition they were in.Many complaints of those checking out we won't be oolong there again. This hotel is a smudge to the choice hotel chain.
Emma Springmier: Our room was obviously not cleaned properly prior to us checking in. Dirty mirrors, a towel with a dirty handprint, trash from the previous stay, a blanket for the pull out couch covered in lint and hair, etc.As a matter of fact, I did not see any sign of housekeeping existing in this hotel in the 2 days in this hotel. Did not see one cleaning trolley/employee on either morning. We made sure to clean after ourselves well because we know there will be no thorough cleaning for the next guest. Also, no hot water. At all. Spend the extra buck to stay somewhere nicer. 2 stars doesn’t mean it has to be filthy.

Chad Gruesbeck: Room had strong odor of perfume or something. Appeared as though the jacuzzi tub may have been leaking as there was dampness in the floor nearby. After the charge of $70 Xtra for my two little dogs it was way too pricey for the state of disrepair.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ian S.: Not the best. Door locks had been busted like someone broke in. Shower nozzle didn't work it was just a dribble. Towel holder was off the wall. Fridge was sitting sideways on shelf. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and muffins. Attendant was super nice. It is a basic 60 to 70 dollar hotel.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Chip Leesemann: Took a year and a half to check in. Don’t people realize that time is money? Never againService: 1/5 …More
S Lou: This place is terrible. I stayed in a pet friendly room and felt badly for making my dog have to walk on the carpet. The carpet by the door and entrance to the bathroom was filthy, the bathroom shower was old and either had soap film on it or the finish was worn off and it looked really dingy, and the floor tile also looked dirty. There was dirt and debris around the floor lamp when I went to turn it on so I just left it off. There was a really strong odor of some kind of cleaning chemical that hit you in the face when your first walked into the room which burned my throat and sinuses. There was the smell of pot everywhere when I was walking through the halls. While I was happy to find the hotel and it's conveniently located just off the interstate, the whole neighborhood felt unsafe, so much so that I slept in my clothes in case something happened and my dog and I would have to make a run for it!The only positives I have to share are that the bed was comfortable and the woman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly.

Steve Brogan: Okay so here are the facts - this place is cheap and you should have expectations around that. The rooms are old and worn but generally clean enough. It looks like some improvements have been made but in a kinda diy way.I would say most of the people staying there were construction workers and there wasn't any problem with partying. The owners seem nice enough. The walls are thin and I could hear a guy snoring all night long. The bathroom door hits the toilet. The furniture and bedding don't match. It's that kinda place.Bottom line - it's cheap and serviceable, but a sloppy presentation.

Daisy Ditz: The Fort Wayne Inn is about my favorite place to stay in Fort Wayne. The staff is friendly, especially the lady working the front desk. The rooms are nice and spacious. They have a table and chair so it's easier to do makeup. Plus they have a mini-fridge in the rooms!!! Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect, but it reminds me of home. The location is amazing! So many fun things to do around, but having a car to get around is helpful. Bonus, there's some nice girls next door so tip them well! The price lured me in and the acceptably clean rooms made me happy. My partner and I definitely plan on using the Fort Wayne Inn whenever we need a place to stay in Fort Wayne!

Travelodge by Wyndham Fort Wayne North: what do users think?
Vanessa Chalman: Stayed there last week, front desk people were rude. Especially the lady Saturday night. The bathroom toilet had hair and dried urine on and around it. I went to Walmart and bought bleach wipes just for that stay . Floor was dirty from the previous people. Neighbors were screaming and cursing at each other all night . I'm never staying there again
Lori Baumann: The booking agency did not inform them of my need for a ground level room, and did not let me know that there was going to be an extra fee for my dog. Had I known this, I would not have stayed, as I have a bad knee, I have a dog, and I feel that I'm being penalized for having a dog that is not going to use electricity, water, or anything like that. The credit card on file is what will be charged for any damages, and those of us who don't damage because of our dogs are having to pay money out of her pocket for nothing. The location is very easy to find, although it is noisy because it was by the interstate. Nonetheless, there are many businesses nearby for food, shopping, and gas, which is nice. The heater was extremely loud and ran constantly whether it was putting out heat or not. The bed only had a sheet on it, it had neither a blanket nor a cover, so I had to use my own personal blankets out of my vehicle. Everything else in the room was clean, although the carpet was quite stained. The continental breakfast is good, although there were signs that said that we cannot take the food back to our rooms, which was unfortunate. I had to sit and eat my breakfast by myself in the seating area, which I really didn't have time for. That being said, the biscuits and gravy were quite tasty. I also had a Danish and some orange juice. This is a nice feature to have at a motel. I also like that the doors exit to the outside and not the hallway, although it would have been even better if I had the ground level room that I needed.
Deb Yoder: I reserved a room on 4/1/23 at the Challenger Parkway location because we lost power in the tornado the night before. Our power came back on so I called and canceled at 2 pm for a 3 pm registration and have a confirmation email marked 2:08 pm. Today I noticed they had taken the 92$ cost of the room out of my checking account. When I called customer care, the lady argued with me that I didn't cancel until 6 pm in spite of my email confirming a 2 pm cancelation. She basically told me I was lying and too bad for me. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers!! I have my bank working on this, and I will tell everyone I can not to use this company.
Charlotte Rothgeb: I was at the lodge for over a month 1/2 for personal reasons. The staff there was all great. Very helpful, and polite. One of the managers Robert was so so great and awesome!!!!! Always went above and beyond. Always made us guests feel sooòooo welcome. The other staff also make you feel very welcome! This place you will always have great privacy!
Gavin Anderson: Arrived to check in, the front desk attendant was very polite. I got my key card and went I my room as I was extremely tired from being up for over 24 hours. I got into the room to find it had not been cleaned, other than they removed the bedding. I go down stairs and discuss this with them, the nice lady. Immediately moved me to the next room over.. this one was worse. There was still trash in the bins, blood on the mattress protector and pillows, no towels, all around just gross. At this point I wasn’t comfortable staying there. The nice lady completely understood and canceled my reservation, though there was no manager on duty so I couldn’t get a refund. Hopefully I can because this was unacceptable to allow to happen.

The heater is not that good in room 308 but too hot and then not even automatic later it turn to cool. That heater need replaced or repaired it.Nearby activities: Went shopping anywhere, it was good.
