Grinch XIV: They are completely incompetent and think their on customers are fraud. I have a payroll check which went through but now they are saying they cant process it and think its fraud. I'm going to go find a different a bank
engle lease: Old national bank is the only bank in fort wayne that closed all!!!!!!! locations on 1/30/19!!! you think they could have had one branch open when every other bank in town is open!!!! poor customer service . understand might have had to close some branches but not all. Also they are one of the only banks in the area with no Saturday hours. As of the first of the year there drive thru close at 5PM most people work till 5pm but on Fridays they are kind enough to be open till 530 pm!! Find a different bank if your out looking for banks
Allen Brouwer: Great bank who cares about its clients. Always seems to be involved in community events.
Trevor Holtgrave: They nickle and dime you on your Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA is there for a reason and they charge ridiculous $5 dormant fees.Note: This bank was previously Old Tower until they got bought out by Old National. We never had a problem with Old Tower. Old National does not care about the customers and simply wants to profit from their own customers. Go to another bank.

Robyn Jackson: This Bank is awful. Their ATM machine took my debit card and when I went to the window to get it back the guy told me that I had to go ALLLLL the way to my own personal bank and get a replacement card. After I told him it was unacceptable then they finally sent someone to get my card out of their ATM machine. I was instructed to go inside and sign a log to get my card back. While inside, a lady began writing down my debit card information. I asked her why, and insteaf of explaining, she threatened to shred my card as she held it in her hand in front of me. I told her if she did I would call the cops because that is uncessary. She said "this is our bank and we do what we want". She was very rude and condescending, when I as a consumer needed to know why she was writing my bank account number down when I am a Wells Fargo customer. Didn't sit right with me. I was in a crunch and needed cash immediately, but I have learned my lesson and we only withdraw money from my institution. Beware of these people, this happens a lot there, the log was full of people who had to come in and get their card back from the machine taking it and keeping it. Terrrrriibbbblle customer service!!!

thar lulay: Amy is so so route she hang no reason and she don't really care customer at all even her boss make it fun on me when I open my account that's why I closed my account they are not good, either they charge $25 each account when you close and they charge you every month fee to.
Leonard Jones: The bank location still show signs of the 1950's. I went in there to cash a payroll check to have me turn away because the teller said my check was too big. She took one look at me and automatically thought i was on something illegal. This upset me to the fullest. I went to the next PNC and they cash my check in less than 5mins. People are people and its a shame that you can still be judge by the color of your skin. I work hard for my money and i respect those who i managed.
k C: They should keep deposit slips in those tubes. It would be more time efficient.
Avorie: Great bank. Love the fact that you can put cash in the atm and use it immediately.. great for if you work late or forget to do something during bank hours. Very friendly staff when I opened my account, now I only use the atm.

nicole manson: I called like I have before, I didn’t have any problems the first time I called. I called because I wanted to know how much I had in my account because my mobile account login isn’t working and I wanted to schedule to come in and get that fixed so I can get a working login after being told how much was on my card. The lady on the call wouldn’t tell me because she said she needed to know my social security number, I don’t have it memorized or have it on hand with me. So then I told her I need to go get it and she says I can not help you. I had no problems the first time calling in to ask until she refused to tell me. The first time I called I wasn’t even asked for my social security I was asked for a deposit number so that’s what I had with me. If what she did was for security purposes I don’t understand it because the first time I called in I had a good encounter I gave her the number she asked me for and a few security questions and I was told how much was in my account. I think what she did was rude, and if they were able to tell me with my deposit number why wouldn’t she let me use it again to find out.

Cort Chilian: The service that I receive at this branch has been personal and efficient. There have been times when the branch manager has assisted the tellers when they are busy. I have never experienced waiting for service. I have always been treated like a person not a customer.
M Grey: This is not Tower Bank. The level of service is shockingly low. God forbid someone actually pick up a phone when you try to call.

O Corey amerigod: This is the Bank of me, Åmerigod ♉♾️♂️⚛️🕉️✡️✝️, ı have been conducting business at PNC Bank Fort Wayne Downtown for a while now.. so yes this is the Bank of the City of Fort Wayne Indiana. this is the Old Fort Wayne International Bank that was here many years ago when I was growing up hasn't changed as far as the outside but the inside is remodeled & immaculate 👌🏽 🏾♂️😎😁 this building architecture and structure is this phenomenal when the tallest buildings in downtown Fort Wayne Indiana with views that will make you cringe I've done a lot of photographs hear the people here are just beautiful the mezzanine area is immaculate and I just say the views are to-die-for in the staff is awesome they really get along well with you always have a smile on your face it's will temperature in here whether no matter what the season it is I just love being down here in around this building my mother and father used to bank here as I was a baby so I remember being here all the time as a kid and I always like wow look at that tall building as a little kid so now I always Rebel in it every chance I get so yes this is the place to be this is the place to see if you bank with PNC tell them that OC Cory AKA America got sent you maybe they might show a little love cuz they always showed ❤️😁 and God bless America🙏🏽 and Fort Wayne Indiana and the world Around the World! 💯‼️ åmerigod ♉♂️♾️✡️🕉️✝️ is Audi 5000 G

Michael Montgomery: I have been with PNC for almost 4 years now and ran into an issue today regarding a loan check I deposited. It was returned based on knowledge I was not aware of. I was really upset and they were telling me it would be 14 days before I receive the check back. With a lot of bills in balance I was getting nervous. The team at PNC and Sara Wright spent an hour making sure it was taking care of today and made it happen. She put her job on the line to make sure I was taken care of. I can't thank you guys enough for saving my ass!

Brenda Hohman: Very rude teller in drive thru today. Said she couldn't deposit my check and didn't explain why until I asked. Then she said the check didn't have the legal line. I had no idea what she meant. She also said the check was made out to a Trust like she had no idea that the bank had trust accounts.
Cynthia Keller: I love going to this bank, they are very personal to me. They know my name. They know my banking needs.

Ryan Spurgeon: With only a hand full of branches, open from 9am - 5pm there is never anytime to go take care of things at the location. I have to take an extended lunch or call off work just to make it work.
