Ron Coffelt: We have stayed at the Sheraton City Centre twice in the past month. This hotel is conveniently located to many amenities. The front lobby is clean and welcoming. The lounge area is a nice place to pre-game.I can't say enough about Whitney at the front desk! She was extremely professional, assisted us with efficient check in and remembered us by name on our second visit. We will continue to stay at the Sheraton Circle Centre on our future adventures to Indy.

Alexandra Godare: Arrived on 03/11 and immediately noticed that the parking garage (which is the bottom 8 floors of the hotel) is literally crumbling and falling apart. It was dark, dirty, and the elevators were super sketchy. We proceeded to check in at the front desk and were told it would cost $45 to park in the garage for one night. We went up to our 12th floor room and dropped our stuff off really quick and left for an event. A few hours later and after deciding that we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying at the Sheraton, we returned and immediately checked out. The staff was very rude and condescending when we told them why we were checking out. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never had such a bad experience. I’ve since learned that people have complained about the parking garage and many other issues such as bed bugs, blood stained mattresses, and unsanitary rooms. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE! I promise u won’t regret it.

Dustin Hodel: The hotel itself is fairly nice and located in a great place downtown. You can easily walk the downtown area from your hotel. The only downsides were parking is not included with your room and the bathrooms aren't the greatest. You're going to pay an extra $44 a night to park which is ridiculous. In the bathrooms there are no vents so you get a steam shower and the tubs do not drain. I was standing in 2" of water when I was done with my shower.

Rachael Carroll: What a great experience. My husband had to call the front desk one time to complain about a family above us stomping and screaming so loud it sounded like they were coming through the floor. The man at the front desk immediately went up and took care of it; it was never an issue again. The staff was so kind and the breakfast was better than at any other hotel that we have stayed at. Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

Stacy: Can you leave no stars? Live bed bug on the bed spread in one room, dead bed bug in another, 3rd room urine stains on mattress right below the sheet. We immediately left after that.Hotel refuses to refund, staff at hotel told IHG that an inspector was out to investigate at 10:30 pm on Saturday evening. (Really?!?!) IHG will not investigate further.

James West: Had to listen to what sounded like the ceiling crashing in from kids upstairs running jumping screaming on the floor above us. There was also a dog in a couple of rooms down that barked all day and all night. They hardly had anything for breakfast as supposed food co. Was on strike. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.

Sarah Juerjens Bland: We stayed here due to the location- near many restaurants and the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. The location is the only reason for any stars.Avoid IHG and stay at Hilton Hotels!1. Reserved 1 night to stay. After speaking with friends we were traveling with, we decided to add on another night. I called the ihg reservation line as provided in the email to add Friday night to ensure it would be booked in the same room.2. I go to digitally check in and notice my room isn’t what I reserved. Called the front desk and was told I have a different room reserved each night plus the hotel is overbooked so we would have to stay in a smaller room on Friday, check out at 11am on Sat, and wait to check in at 3pm on Sat. I called the reservation line to see if they could fix their mistake. They informed me this was all they could do, but we could leave any items needed at the front desk while we were out and stay in the lobby as long as we needed.2. Since the wrong room was booked by reservations, our room was smaller than expected for our family. We ate pizza with our friends in the lobby since we didn’t have room in our room. Our kids made a mess so we offered to clean it up. Instead of the front desk cleaning the area or asking cleaning staff to do so, they gave us some napkins and a broom to clean it up ourselves. No offer to help us and no disinfecting solution for the tables we ate at.3. On Saturday we checked out before 11am and asked to keep our things at the front desk. We were told there was no available refrigerator to keep any items that needed to remain cold, so we had to throw those out and use a cooler in our car for our child’s medication. We asked to be notified if early check in was available and were told there wasn’t an early check in list but the hotel could call if that was available.4. We took our kids to the Children’s Museum. Everyone was getting tired and our little ones needed naps badly. I still had no call from the hotel for early check in availability so I assumed that wasn’t an option. We decided to cut our trip short and go home. I called guest relations and informed them of our experiences. I asked if I cancelled now if I could please not be charged as we would have stayed had we a place to crash right now if reservations hadn’t booked us incorrectly. They said they called the hotel while I was on hold and I could not cancel my room without being charged the full amount, but the general manager of the hotel could call me in 48 hours.4. We took our kids bowling to try to pass more time before we could check in. We decided if we had to pay for the room for the night then we should tough it out and use it. As we are paying our check, I receive a phone call from the hotel front desk. The woman asked if we were still staying the night. I told her that I called guest relations and was told we would still be charged in full if we cancelled tonight so we were trying to pass time until we could check in at 3pm (it was 3:30pm at the time). The woman said she would cancel our room and we would not be charged for this night. I said with everything that’s happened I want a confirmation email showing this in writing. She said she would send it and I have yet to receive that or the refund that is supposedly being given for Saturday night.We stayed at Hampton Inn our last stay, near the Colts stadium, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend avoiding IHG hotels and staying at Hilton hotels!

Krista Anderson: This is a very nice hotel. Very clean. Spacious and very comfortable beds. Nice little refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. This hotel is close to a mall, so there is alot of great food selections. Plus the Wal-Mart super center is little under 5minutes to go pick up some groceries. The only downside is there is no free continental breakfast. You have to pay for everything which it is pretty expensive. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. I did ask for daily room housekeeping and had to call to remind them of this. Housekeeping came up right away with the fresh bedding I asked for.Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and the queen size beds were very soft and comfortable.Nearby activities: Downtown Indianapolis and the Zoo is only 10 miles from the hotel. There is alot to see and do in down town.Safety: We felt pretty safe. The hotel behind a big shopping mall and is surrounded by several apartment complexes.Food & drinks: Food is pricey at the hotel. On the plus side there are plenty of other places to eat.

Matt Buck: The hotel was very nice . Modern and sleek design. Full bar, big gym comfortable beds. Definitely somewhere I wouldn’t have minded staying on a long work trip. It’s located in a plaza with a bunch of shops and restaurants.My only personal con was my shower could have been a bit cleaner . Had a few long hairs lingering around and debris in a few spots . Calcium build up on shower head . Some better quality toilet paper would be recommended as well.

Austin Decker: LOOK AT WHAT WE GOT HERE!!!So with the story below, I came over to these guys and guess what, they accept CLC Lodging.I will recommend holiday Inn over Comfort in any dayAnyone trying to decide a hotel, please pick here, they came in clutch in a stressful situationPLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE BELOW BEFORE CHOOSING THEIR NEIGHBORS!!!Absolute joke, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I was told that they except CLC Lodging cards 2 hours before arriving, upon arriving at the hotel the front desk operator told me that they stopped accepting CLC Lodging cards about an hour ago, which makes no sense what so ever. In the 5 years that I have been using CLC Lodging as my main source of staying at all my hotels, I have never been told or been aware of time cut-off for a CLC card. The person I talked to on the phone was a complete joke as well, he states that he told by his boss that we cant accept them anymore for the night and then just repeatedly said sorry, then when I still tried to get a room and was told I could get a discount for the troubles I was told it was still going to be 115 dollars, what kind of discount is that?????I will never use and recommend a Comfort Inn ever again, I liked you guys and I've never had problems with getting a good nights rest, no my nights ruined and I also have to try to find another hotel.Complete disappointment!!!!!!!
