Waterstone Place Apartments: what do users think?
Mz Santiago: Great community. Quiet. Clean
Sharie Monae: The staff here is professional and prompt to assist with anything related to maintenance to any questions I might have concerning billing. The staff takes their time here at Waterstone Place Apartments, to ensure understanding, communication between both parties and to ensure that you and your loved ones are comfortable and safe in your home.
Angelique Robinson: I have been a resident since 2015 and I really had a great experience the 7 years I have lived I'm very pleased with the management and the maintenance team I appreciate the sacrifices you all have made to make my stay here peaceful and safe for me and my daughter inspite of the difficulties I appreciate you all for getting the job again thank you all so much for all you do May God bless each of you ❤️
kalewoZ pulex: I’m living here for almost two years. Nice place. Very care of their tenants. Nice team. But my only complaint is paying for trash that I can walk and put in the dumpster. They should leave this optional cause they get the money from me every month but I still feel like it doesn’t worth it. I can walk my neg of trash in the dumpster. Clean area parking is great. I would give a 5 stars but till they stop taking money for trash I won’t. Let me bring my trash out just like I always do.
Margaret Garner: Been living in Waterstone place almost 2 years now. I love it! Maintenance fixes things timely. Neighbors are no bother and are very friendly. And management and staff are professional and are always there to assist you. Very quiet community.
Steven Rose Sr.: In words peacefulness, I've been here going on 9yrs. I have never felt so at home than here at Waterstone Place apts.and the staff treats you like family by being very respectful and concerned of the tenants needs... Surely wish they would bring back Renewal Lease Specials,it helps in the world of today...... Thank You
Marie Madeleine Gauthier: C’est très bon,je l’apprécie beaucoup
Tasha Davis: There nice and quiet the rent went up I never been late on my rent they charge ah extra 25 for ah trash can I don't have they want update there appliances they charging 2023 rent but with 1989 appliances want come and paint or clean the carpet I Been there 4 years they never come and clean the carpet or touch up paint but this my last year there can't wait until my lease is up
mercedes brown: I’ve lived here for 5 years now and I am just now having issues with getting things done in my apartment. I’ve had a huge mice problem this winter and it took them a month for maintenance to come and put 3 traps down after multiple follow up calls that I’ve had to make to them. While doing these follow up calls the maintenance lady was very rude she bickered with me & hung up in my face once I asked for corporates contact info. I then contacted corporate, I was told to leave a message on voicemail and someone would reach out to me, no one has done so. Since then the exterminator has pulled mice from up under my stove in my kitchen. Now I am fighting with them to get my windows and park door insulated and they are telling me put up plastic to my window and patio. They said they would call me back with info on if they can get the patio replaced, there has been no follow up calls ever. Whenever I call they rush me off the phone and with this team now being in office I have become a very unhappy resident. I pay my rent on time every month to live with mice and to be freezing cold in the winter from a huge draft that causing me to consistory be sick and for my aes bill to be extremely high from trying to get it warm in here. Welcome to Waterstone place
Reese M: Basic apartment, no luxuries. Once affordable now unaffordable.
Salik Ali: Applied for an apartment and got no response for weeks. This apartment only acknowledged me after I called and asked them what is happening with my application and even they were confused why I got no follow up email or call. After wasting a good amount of time on this application I was denied despite making about 2700 dollars gross income a month with a credit score of about 800. Don't waste your time and money applying to this apartment. Waited weeks and could have been applying elsewhere instead of waiting on these apartments for nothing.
Carol: Definitely recommend giving them a call, they're really nice people, the first lady, Chanel is such a helpful nice lady, answered all of my questions. Went for a tour with her and she was very professional whole time. The other lady, don't know her name, was also really sweet and helpful as she could be. overall the whole apartment complex look neat and nice!
Elysha Simmons: I first moved to Waterstone in 2016 and I just recently transferred into a bigger unit in 2019. The office staff is very professional and Ms Shenelle is a great property manager ! The maintainence staff are very friendly and prompt with their work orders ! The only reason why I didnt give this a 5 start rating is because they dont offer washer/dryer hookups in the units (as most apartments dont anymore due to maintainence & repairs) and the playground could use some sprucing up! BUT overall, this is a great and quiet community despite being “on the eastside”.
Brianna Akers: I love it out here my first apartment by myself right before giving birth to my first child! I’ve lived out here for about 6 years now and I honestly feel like I’m spoiled because the maintenance is very quick like sometimes even coming the same day you put in a request! Our environment is always well kept up! Very friendly I love me some Shenelle and she always greets her residence by name! I’m honestly sad that I’m not renewing my lease this year only because I’m really needing washer and dryer hook up I’m so over going to the laundromat with two small children and I honestly get anxiety thinking about leaving because I’ve lived out here so long and I really don’t want to leave!!!
Ashley Carr: Called to inquire about an apartment. The lady proceeds to tell me that she’s there by herself and I’ve been in there system 3 times inquiring. Which is true because every time I try to apply they have nothing available in my date range. A lady told me she was going to send an email and never did . & they never have anything to show ! Due to her rudeness I will never call these apartments again
DorisAnn Glenn: Positive:Professionalismmy very first apartments & they were AMAZING .. beautiful & affordable !! & the office & maintenance staff was alway so pleasant ... i had an unforeseen accident so unfortunately i had to leave but if it didn’t happen i definitely would’ve stayed !!!! best apartments in this neighborhood ❤️❤️❤️
Alan Gurevich: Fantastic place to live!!!The staff are very nice, professional, and exceptionally helpful. The work orders get done very quickly. The neighborhood is well maintained. Out of the 3 apartments I lived in on the east side, this one has been the best by far.
Shanti C: I loved living here! If I hadn’t moved out of state, I would have renewed my lease! The area within the complex is quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is friendly! I highly recommend this place.
Sexxy Shanda Sexxy Shanda: Can't even afford a answering machine.. So sad
Rodd Trabue: I parked for an hour an was towed, there are no spots labeled guest or permit only. Cost me $150 for an hour. I was asking the friend I was visiting about renting from you all but damn that. Any property you go to has parking spots marked except for you all.
Kee Coe: Shenelle is a great property manager!!! I have lived in Waterstone for about 2 years and I have no complaints. When I have maintenance requests they are worked in a timely manner and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Everyone stays to their self. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

StoneBridge Luxury Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Abby Fasnacht: Applicants beware: the management here is extremely dishonest. They will quote you “market rate” for an apartment that is 45% higher than estimates given during a tour two weeks prior, only AFTER charging you the $250 non-refundable application fee. Additionally, the staff is not knowledgeable about their own application process. We had several questions that went unanswered during the tour, as the staff member did not know and didn’t want to consult with anyone else. Further attempts to get these questions answered were met with radio silence and unanswered voicemails. I can’t recommend applying here when there are many comparable, cheaper communities in the immediate area.
madison: Overall I had a good experience living here for two years.I wish existing tenants could have locked in our rent and not have it increased and I wish we didn't have to pay for all the amenities we couldn't use during the pandemic, they also charged me for a pet fee without even talking to me and asking if I had a pet (there was pet food on my below neighbors porch but it was caused by the people above me), parking is sparse at times but there is enough if you don't mind walking a bit.Maintenance was prompt and quick to respond, the amenities were nice when I was able to use them, it is in close proximity to lots of shopping and food, they don't have breed restrictions for pets or weight limits, people are generally quiet and don't disturb each other, it is near schools, the staff is generally friendly, and the apartments themselves are nice and have newer appliances and interiors.
Christian Carter: The time of living here was nice. Friendly maintenance and never an issue. But after moving out we learn the management is severely dishonest. Charging outrageous fees and only giving us 7 days to pay it! DO NOT RENT HERE!
Veronica Leitke: I love these apartments! I appreciate that the ownership continuously makes improvements and updates to the property. The new speed bumps make me feel a lot safer in the community. Office and maintenance staff - keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed.
ColinBrunnemer77: THE SPEED BUMPS! Why?? My girlfriend has an apartment here and I come over almost everyday. I own two cars, both of which are low to the ground. They just put in two super steep speed bumps today and my girlfriend and I are both livid. She is locked into a lease here and pays them her rent every month, she’s a great tenant - and nobody even consulted her about the speed bumps. Personally, if I ever get an apartment, one speed bump is all it would take to make me NEVER consider getting an apartment there. I scraped on both speed bumps even taking it at an angle and very slowly. SMH. At least consult your tenants first. Or even if the bumps were less tall and a bit longer - that would work too. Not everybody drives a car with SUV-level ground clearance.
Akil Mills: 4 year resident review:Pros: Very clean, well maintained grounds. The amenities are nice. Stonebridge has resident appreciation days, holiday activities.Community neighbors normally will stay to themselves but can be friendly.Maintenance is probably the best thing about this place. They do an excellent job!Cons:Parking is terrible. Basically, you have to be in by 7pm otherwise you have to find parking.Break-ins/thefts from vehicles are heavy here! Be mindful of where you leave your car. There is 1 or 2 cameras. To monitor who dumps bulk trash/ leasing office(obviously). Both my wife and I had our cars broken into several times. Stonebridge didn’t aid us with that. Also, we’ve had several people different times while we’ve been here try to break in our apartment. They check doors during the day while you’re at work...etcNoisy upstairs neighbors. I’ve had multiple conflicts and other neighbors have had conflicts with upstairs neighbors not being respectful, especially during quiet hours. I’ve had to go up several times to have a conversation around respect. Loud music, video shooting games, Loud TV’s, dancing, after 11pm you will hear it. Stonebridge management staff just says call their security services(who are nice), but they will even tell you there’s not much they can do but to report it back to the management team. They are a very tough, “matter of fact” group of people to deal with.Weed smell- everyone smokes it now, which is an issue if you don’t smoke, but it will seep through the inside vents of your apartment. Your clothes will smell like it.Other than that.. make sure that before you tour this complex ride around the community several times one during day and evening/night(after7pm/8pm) to get an idea of these situations. Overall, it was a nice place to stay could it have been better, yeah.
Emily France: Loved living here! The front office staff was amazing from move in to move out! The maintained was very attentive and friendly and normally came the same day! Only reason we moved out was because we bought a house or we more defiantly would have renewed our lease!
Dan Perritt: Very dishonest firm. I would never ever rent from this company ever! They still use fax machines to send payment information. Please please please avoid this firm at all costs. They will overcharge and make you miserable. Sincerely.
jordan watson: Great amenities, pool is nice, some of the cardio equipment could be updated. They try their best to offer monthly activities and they are always fun to attend. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. We had numerous maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff is very friendly and they do a good job at getting to you in a timely manner. Only a couple drawbacks to this complex, one being that parking is tight. Depending on your schedule you’ll have to park a ways away from your place. They offer garages to rent but they aren’t really worth the cost they are charging per month. Lastly, Be very specific about damages on the move-in inspection, because like any complex, when you move out they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Specifically make sure you take advantage of their carpet cleaning, because they will try and make you pay to replace the entire apartment over some spot stains.
Chris Meek: Staff is friendly but don't enforce policies. Also not all residents respect their neighbors enough to pick up after their pets. It used to be really pretty here, now there are piles of dog droppings nearly everywhere.
padmini VK: We stay here for 2 years. House are pretty good in size and loved the walk In and kitchen balcony.ProsProperty is beautiful with a lake view, pool heated jacuzzi.Accessible to Grocery, downtown.Homes are fairly priced and appliances are goodMaintenance issues were addressed immediatelyPlenty of space to take a walk inside and outside the property as wellConsVery less parking availablegym does stink n small in sizewe had our car window broke into including 2 of our neighbors same night. So safety wise not much for vehicles.Jeniffer(the manager) is not friendly or professional while talking about policy. We broke the lease n She said we would give back our penalty fee in case someone occupied the house following month. They did but she wouldn’t accept.
Brooke Rennie: My husband and I rented from Stonebridge apartments on the south side of Indianapolis for almost three years. We were really happy with renting from them until recently. The move out inspection was cancelled 15 min before hand when we were moving cross country that day. They stated it was "against policy" when asked to provide said policy, they could not provide any documentation and were very resistant.Specifically Jennifer Binder, the manager at that location has been extremely unprofessional and when asked to speak to her supervisor, will not provide the information. They also charged unfair and inconsistent items on the final statement that were never mentioned in the move out inspection! Also, they violated their own contract by not providing the final bill within the stated 45 days.We don't want what happened to us to happen to others renting there! Avoid renting here!
Vickie Uberto: My daughter and son in law live here and they have a really nice apartment
Rick Thomas: worst apartment I had ever seen. After 2 days of moving the apartment get flooded which damaged my furniture. Avoid to live there
Brad Beatty: Not a place you want to live. The parking here is completely unacceptable. There are not enough spots and the management refuses to acknowledge this issue. For the last year we have made do by parking in makeshift spots and now they have decided to tag our vehicles with 10-inch stickers on our windows on a 90-degree day that do not come off. When I approached management about this issue, no apology was offered and the manager stated, “there is enough parking you might just need to park 3 building down when it is busy.” If you think that is an acceptable solution to an ongoing problem, then please, make yourself at home at Stone Bridge Apartments. Furthermore when explaining to the manager that it is not acceptable to put large stickers on someone’s window in the middle of summer she replied, “It should come off with some ‘Goof Off.’” I am thoroughly unimpressed and highly disappointed to say the least.
D A: When you move out make sure you see actual estimates and charges for any repair work they say you caused. Found out maintenance actually adds to these charges to come in under budget in order to receive a bonus at the end of the year.
Caleb Middleton: Horrible, horrible Management. Do yourself a favor and refrain from this place if you would like to keep ahold of your money. Had to relocate after a few months for my work, and they didn’t sympathize whatsoever with me. It was a mandatory move for my job and they still charged me over $3,000. I asked to speak to one of the managers and she sat us down for two minutes only to tell us that there was nothing she could do for us, even before she heard me out. They don’t care about you or anyone else.
Travis Esparza-Roberson: Me and my husband love living here! I have zero complaints and we were fairly picky with finding our new apartment. Downtown is easy to get to. The pool/hot tub, the property, and the apartments are all very well maintained. No service request goes ignored no mater how small! I wanted to clean out our dryer vent and asked if I could borrow a latter to reach it and they had someone come do it for us instead! When our washer (our own, not one we rented from them) over flowed our laundry room on a Sunday afternoon they had someone out in 30 minutes suctioning up the water!Move in was super easy as well, the unit was clean and no repairs have been needed. In addition there are no dumpsters, only a neat out of the way trash compactor. The only negative is parking is a little crowded at times which an email went out that they are trying a solution beginning 2019.The cost of rent is well worth any amount charged for rent and any applicable fees. I am certain that as long as life doesn’t change job wise we will be renewing fall of 2019!
Kiran M: Very well maintained & exemplary service ! Management is really good, they listen to your concerns and ensure its solved within quick turnaround.
Jeffrey Gardner: I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and can honestly say I have no complaints since I moved in. The maintenance staff are pretty incredible. I’ve submitted several requests over the past 18 months and the repair has almost always happened the same day. Once had a repair done less than 20 minutes after submitting the request. The management staff have also been great. Always very helpful and doing their job with a smile. Some people feel it’s overpriced here, but I would disagree. Although I haven’t lived in an apartment prior to living here, there are a lot of details that can be tricky to put a price tag on. Very well kept community, I always feel safe, friendly staff, good neighbours, clean amenities, etc. So for me I was willing to pay a small premium over other complexes, but I think the peace of mind is worth every penny.I also like running and playing tennis. So having lighted tennis courts next door is great, and the surrounding neighbourhood is nice for an evening run or walking dogs.
Katie Ward: I moved in to Stonebridge August 2017 and am moving out when my lease is up next month purely because I got a new job and have to relocate. I actually renewed my lease before I found out about the job and the office staff (shout out to Sha!!) were nice enough to let me out of my renewed lease without penalty. Stonebridge offered me everything I needed for what I believe to be a reasonable cost. I think people have unreasonable expectations when it comes to rent charges, but maybe that's just me. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath with a good sized screened-in balcony since I had a nice view of the woods behind me and they thought ahead to keep the bugs out. :) My apartment was clean upon move-in time and the whole move in process was a breeze. EVERYONE in the office is amazingly nice and helpful and just super cool. The apartment itself is really cute, wonderful floor plan and cute archways and built-ins. My AC went out once and maintenance was there within 20 minutes to fix it. Every other smaller maintenance request I submitted (online, super easy!) was done within a few hours of submission. The nice online resident's portal allows you to pay your rent, too. Although I generally keep to myself, all the neighbors I interacted with were super nice and no one seemed creepy or anything. The grounds are nice; I love the water features as well. The pool is generally clean and the hot tub is a nice touch, and the area of the complex is great!I would definitely recommend Stonebridge to anyone. I only have a few negatives I'd like to share - similar to the negatives I've seen in some other reviews. The heat is electric, so yes the winter heating bills are high. I am extremely conservative with my heat use - most of the time I keep it set under 68 in the winter, only going a little higher when it is super cold. My highest heating bill in the winter was a little over $200 which I thought was insane for a place around 1010 sq ft, but my mom told me that is pretty normal with electric heating. Over the summer, my bills are probably around $60 and I only turn the AC on when it is about 85 or warmer out. There is definitely a bit of a dog poop problem, but that's more on the residents than the staff I think. There are signs and poop stations throughout the complex, so really if someone's leaving their dog poop, they're just a poop themselves. If you see a neighbor leaving poop, say something!! Report them!!The roads need some work, but this is the midwest and winter isn't kind on asphalt. They do their best to fix them up. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the last time I talked to the office they said they were trying to work on a solution for it.I could only hear my neighbors if they had a larger get-together in their apartment, were playing pretty loud music, they were stomping down the stairs, or if their dogs barked. My toilets also have the loudest pipe/water noises I've ever experienced but that noise only lasts like 15 seconds. Otherwise, it was pleasantly quiet. My biggest complaint is they took away recycling about 2 months after I moved in. Residents were not breaking down boxes, putting trash into the recycling, etc, so they decided they couldn't deal with it anymore and took it away. I can understand the struggle, but recycling is really important to me (it should be to you too :) ) and it would be great if they could work on a solution to bring it back.Overall, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives with both my apartment and the complex itself. I loved my experience at Stonebridge!!!

Grid: what do users think?
Makayla Simpson: I have loved these past 2 years of living at the Grid! Minimal issues and great response time from the maintenance team if anything ever comes up. Super friendly and accommodating staff, quiet neighbors, and nice amenities.Walking distance from my fav coffee shop - Parlor; and easy 10 min walk to mass ave.
Aarthi Janakiraman: I have lived at Grid for over a year now and really enjoy it. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance and there is a great community and staff. It is expensive and if your apartment faces Washington street you can definitely hear street sounds/helicopters, but otherwise it is a great place to live! The gym and common areas are clean and convenient as well.
Lauren Molella: The staff is extremely helpful and responsive! I was one of the first residents to move into the building and they have maintained the property and developed the community beautifully!
Anika Rozeboom: The staff and residents are all very friendly to people and to pets! The building is very well made and I rarely hear my neighbors. It’s close to everything and the staff set up such nice events to meet other residents and feel more at home. I 100% recommend this apartment
Phi Dang: I've had a great experience at Grid. Facilities are usually kept very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The leasing staff is awesome - super understanding with me moving in and when I had complications and needed flexibility moving out. They always try to include community events which I appreciate and feel that they care. The apartments themselves are well made - walls are super thick and I never heard anything from my neighbors. Finishings (floors, walls, counters, garbage disposable) don't feel cheap like places I leased before. Maintenance is also timely, friendly and gets the job done. They pay attention to the little things here.Cons:- Packaging system can be a bit complicated if you have someone without access to the package room delivering things (Amazon Same day delivery) Wish we could receive the package room codes. Had a few packages stolen or lost.- At times can be noisy being next to a busy street and heliport, but not anything Grid can do about that. (Function of downtown living)- Safety is a mild concern, had unsheltered person in an elevator with me once. Block over is a pretty sketchy block (but thats downtown in general) They do have security however- Amenities are pretty basic with a lobby and outside courtyard for current rental rates- Parking rates are a bit inflated in my opinionOverall, anything Grid has in their power to maintain an excellent living situation, they provide with care and consideration. Highly recommend and best bang for your book in downtown in my opinion. Not a paid review and rented Feb 2022 - Oct 2022
Emma Verbeek: I only lived here for a couple months but it was great! Nice area to be able to walk to everything you need downtown (restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc). Apartments were nice and modern. There was constantly fun get togethers for all of the tenants. Also, very dog friendly with a dog wash station and a small gated grass area.
Steven Minor: I wanted to try and be as fair as possible with my review of Grid. The leasing staff is always super nice and addresses any issues you may have immediately. Maintenance generally comes the same day as the request. The units are nice and well laid out (I have a larger studio). The common areas are nice as well as the gym. However last time I checked the Peloton subscription was not active as advertised at move-in. Building wise I do not hear my neighbors side to side however you will hear your upstairs neighbors walking, the floors are very creaky. My biggest complaint is that the hallways and elevators are not cleaned enough. The smell of pets can be overwhelming inside the stairs and elevators. The second is my layout has a hallway at the entrance pet hair gets into my apartment constantly. There is a lot of pet hair in the hall carpets and stairs and it gets tracked into my apartment even though I take my shoes off at the door. In addition there is a good amount of theft happening inside the building. Recently some bikes were stolen from the secured bike room (including my bike). My bike had a lock on it as well and the lock was cut off. There was no offer to check cameras even though there is a camera in the bike room and it requires fob access. What is the point of a secured bike room if bikes go missing and the complex doesn't look into the thefts? Lastly, not in Grids control - Washington Street and East Street are very loud. There are a lot of modified loud cars all through the day. The noise and loud exhausts and music often over-takes TV and conference calls when I am working at home. I think there is very little sound proofing on the exterior walls. There are a lot of homeless people around and they can be aggressive. In addition leaving the lower level garage can be challenging as the mirrors aren't really pointed correctly and you have to block the sidewalk to try to get onto East Street. Lastly, if you're trying to walk to work or other areas crossing East Street or Washington Street can be very dangerous even though there are traffic lights. Many cars do not yield and there are numerous accidents always occurring. (I walk to work and I do not recommend this location if you need to walk daily). My living here has been overall okay and I wanted to leave a review for anyone trying to decide if Grid should be their next home.
Elijah Dougherty: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Aside from how outrageously overpriced their poorly built units are and the insane amount of money you have to pay for a parking spot, the building is not safe and management does not care. From how easy it is for outsiders to enter the building to bike seats being stolen right off your bike in the bike room, this is not a safe community. I do not recommend shelling out thousands of dollars a month for a building that can’t keep anything from being stolen or broken.
Bree Anthony: Love living at Grid! Clean and very well managed! The team is always happy to help and so friendly.
Ellen Serpa: I have lived here since Feb 2022 and really like it so far. The staff here is so nice. Austin made it so easy to help me get everything ready to sign my lease and move in.Pros:-beautiful apartments, recently built so the place has current appliances,-WiFi is built in your apartment,-nice courtyard area with ping pong, fire pit, bbqs and hammocks,-Very nice spacious gym area with peloton bikes and yoga studio,-Easy access to a secure mail room for packages,-Free coffee in the lobby which is very nice and also has free WiFi,-Parking garage attached to the building and easy to use,-The whole place is clean and the trash service is awesome.-Grid also hosts monthly events which is great if you’d like to meet other people in the building.-Maintenance staff is on top of it! They reply very fast.-Grid allows pets and has a dog park area.Cons:-neighbors can be loud sometimes. I have lived places with paper thin walls so this isn’t that bad but I wish my surrounding neighbors were more considerate when it comes to their noise levels. Most people are polite and keep to themselves otherwise.-The parking garage is very safe but the price is kinda high in my opinion. You pay through an app and I think it’s worth it to keep my car safe but it is a little expensive.I would recommend Grid to someone. I like the location and the amenities. Living downtown is fun and I feel safe at Grid. The price was a little on the higher end of what I was looking for but I definitely think it’s worth it.
Shayla Smith: If you’re looking for a modern, clean, safe, luxury-feeling apartment in downtown Indy, stop searching. It’s Grid! I firmly believe Grid was built off all things that annoy renters about other properties, and truly gives you the most bang for your buck. The leasing staff is on-site and INCREDIBLY friendly and welcoming (as is the maintenance staff). The leasing office always hosts game nights, celebrations, and get togethers to meet other tenants. You can’t beat the amenities: a three-room gym complete a bike studio, full gym equipment, and a yoga/barre studio — all complete with TVs so you can have your workout on the big screen. The best part is, they bring in a personal trainer every Monday and Wednesday for free classes and they are GOOD classes. They also have their own Peloton login if you don’t have one! They have an outdoor courtyard that has hammocks, grills, TVs, great for working or working out outside! They also have coffee machine, a cooler in the mailroom for your food delivery boxes, valet trash, an app that’s kinda like social media for tenants, and a dry cleaning service. Not to mention walking through anywhere on the property smells like walking through a nice hotel with scent air throughout. If you have a dog, this complex is so dog friendly. No breed restrictions, and if you’re like me and rescued a pup that isn’t necessarily nice to other dogs, people are respectful of that and it’s easy to navigate. They have a life-changing (actually nice) dog wash station that is stocked with all doggy needs, a small fenced-in dog park so you can let your pup off-leash for a break, and doggy bag stations all over the property. The actual units are amazing. I lived in the Virginia - junior studio (approx 500 sq feet) and it is the perfect size for someone looking for studio/one bedroom as it has a wall that divides the two spaces. PLENTY of cabinet and closet space, farm sink, new appliances, pretty subway tile, modern gray floors. Also a pretty large bathroom for a small unit which is rare!I have lived in four apartments downtown and have visited friends that live in others, and this is hands down the best of the best. The only con (if it’s important to you) is that there is no pool on the property!
Seth Durham: I originally gave this apartment 4 stars, because that’s what it deserved, but that’s definitely not the case anymore. Things have gone down hill here fast.Management could care less. A few problems to name: 1). It’s gross. There is dirt, grime, feces piled into the carpets. They replaced the elevators carpet finally because it was so bad. 2). It’s falling apart. There are cracks everywhere, and this building was poorly and quickly constructed. (Yet they’ll charge you like they handcrafted it). 3). Parking is outsourced to some California company which is a nightmare. 4). Trash valet is a scam. “1 bag of trash a day”. Seems okay right? Except when they lock the trash rooms or don’t put trash rooms on each floor and trash valet skips out on coming. 5). Winter time sucks, they won’t ever plow the steep ramp to the top floor garage which is dangerous, and when they do plow the company they use takes 0 care and just buries your car in. 6). Not a good area. (This isn’t really the grids fault) but There are tons of homeless people near by, people on our cobu app have shared that folks literally go up to their doors at night, it’s loud because of the heliport, this intersection is also a nightmare constant crashes outside. But yea avoid at all costs, much better places for the price here. Biggest take away try touring some of the halls they don’t take you down. :)
Wade Welch: So far I have enjoyed my time here at the Grid
Destiny Martin: The team at this complex are super kind, efficient, and excellent at communication. Thanks Patrisha for all your help!
Ellen Leyerle: As the parent of a college student living at Grid, I appreciate their focus on the safety and comfort of tenants. Skyler and Shana have been friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance staff also work hard to take excellent care of Grid residents. It is a lovely and clean facility in a great location, and we recently renewed our lease with complete confidence.
J: Constant noise from trucks, helicopters, trains, and crazy traffic. Other issues include cheap internet, pet waste, brief 30 min water outage turning into day-long water outage...not enough parking space.
Safiyyah Mutlaq: I haven’t even signed my lease yet and all the leasing staff is incredible (shoutout to Austin & Skylar). They have been incredibly detailed in answering every single one of my simple or annoying questions. As for the apartments, the courtyard, and lobby it’s all well-kept and beautiful. The staff obviously take pride in this place and they already made us feel at home. If you’re even just looking for an apartment downtown start here. 💛
Caitlan Schafer: I have had a wonderful experience throughout my past 6 months living here! The team is great and the apartment is so nice!!
Zack Andreou: Had a good experience at the Grid. Been here for about 6 months and all of my requests and emails were answered quickly by both Skylar and Shana!
Ryan Dombrowski: Grid is the first destination I have ever lived in Downtown Indianapolis and I’m glad I made this choice. Dwayne is an awesome maintenance man and the front office staff have always been very friendly and cordial in assisting with any matters I have. Also, I am not a pet owner, but Grid is VERY pet friendly. It is refreshing to see a more upscale apartment facility be so open to those with pets.I do truly recommend living at Grid.

Park 66 Flats: what do users think?
Zeysha Fuentes: Do not live here! Lack of communication and honesty from management. Tenants are living in a construction zone and they are not letting people out of their leases, unless they pay a termination fee. Hallways are stripped down to beams.
Michelle Soltis: Park 66, more like Park 666. In the past two months, my apartment has flooded (broken fire suppression system), and the complex has caught on fire. During the flood, it took the management team over five hours to turn the fire suppression system's water off, so everything in my unit was completely ruined. They did not cover my renter's insurance deductible or compensate me in any way, despite the excessive response time. During the fire, a large portion of the complex (33 units) got flooded again with water. The hallways reek of mold and there are no amenities. I did not have a fridge for almost a week. The roof is still leaking from the fire over a month ago. Rent is full price. Living here, you are at the mercy of Birge&Held. If you still decide to live here despite the reviews, I would recommend getting renter's insurance (which is not required) and having a "go" bag ready.
Lucas Hickey: They are actively doing demo on units that are occupied. The building is not weather proofed. Units are being burglarized with crew keys. Birge and held are still claiming the units are habitable and safe and tenants don’t qualify for lease termination. They’re also taking down google reviews
Kaley O'Donnell: 2 stars for the quiet and safe location, as well as good size of apartments. It’s the management which is the issue. Maintenance takes months to respond, even for important matters. The office doesn’t respond to emails or answer the phones (unless you’re looking to spend money/sign a lease). There was a fire a month ago, granted not their fault, but it has destroyed half the building with water damage including all of the amenities (gym, roof, common areas). Probably the most alarming part of this is that I didn’t receive ANY email, phone calls, etc about the fire! I was lucky and was out of town for the fire, but only heard about it when my neighbors texted me the following day. I still don’t get communication/emails from management, even after I brought this concern to their attention. Someone from upper management eventually reached out and said they would offer compensation for the nights we were displaced/ had to stay in hotels, but I haven’t received that still almost a month later. But of course, I’m still getting emails about rent being due and the reminder that rent is increasing by $300 per month if I choose to resign the lease…
Austin Gates: I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years so I experienced two different management companies. Any reviews/ratings of Park 66 Flats should be considered under Birge & Held management. Almost any good reviews Park 66 had is from when JC Hart owned the building. Ever since Birge & Held took over, the place has gone downhill. I had my bike stolen from the garage. When brought to the attention of management, I was pretty much ignored and shrugged off. When I asked that the cameras be reviewed, I was told they did not have access to the cameras and could not review them. So not only was the garage not secure, other security measures (such as cameras) are not working, which is a safety concern for residents. I also lived on the top floor, and our apartment started to get water leaks and stains all across the ceiling. Several requests and calls were made to management to have this addressed and we kept getting put on the back burner and was told it was being worked on but never was. From the initial service request, it remained open for more than ENTIRE YEAR. It got so bad that there was mold forming from the water leaks/stains which is an obvious health concern, but they still didn't seem to care that much. It was still an issue when we finally left. Finally, that brings me to the recent fire. While I understand the circumstances at hand and cause were out of their control, their overall response to the situation was/is poor at best. Communication after the fire was very poor and residents were not being updated in a timely manner and were left in the dark about what was going on. Their communication and information in the coming days after the fire was very disjointed and unclear to residents. I was in a unit (along with 33 others) that took on a lot of water damage from putting out the fire, to the point where we would not be able to move back in anytime soon and would be forced to move to either one of their sister properties or to a new apartment complex in general not managed by Birge & Held. We were given almost no time to make a decision as they were trying to force the residents that couldn't live there anymore out as soon as possible. Considering the situation regarding going through a disaster and trying to pick up the pieces after an already bad situation, I think that was in extremely poor taste by management as the affected residents had almost no time to figure things out and their situations after becoming "temporarily homeless". As almost all of their options for sister properties to move to for a 2 bedroom were farther away and not in the area, we took the opportunity to break the lease with Park 66 and get away from Birge & Held and find another apartment in the area. The apartment complex is in a good location, and the complex itself is nice (well before the fire, time will tell after renovations), but as long as Birge & Held manages this property, I would stay far away, it's not worth the headache.
Julie Floreancig: My sister lives in this building and her car has been broken into twice in the garage, treasured personal items were stolen from her storage unit most likely by an employee, on Christmas Day there was a water line break and the maintenance person didn't know how to shut the water off nor the blaring alarm, so Christmas was ruined, the damage from the Christmas Day flood still hasnt been addressed in the garage where there is a giant hole in the ceiling with insulation hanging out and black mold everywhere and then, THE FIRE!! The entire building had to be evacuated in the middle of a freezing night in February because of a monstrous fire that destroyed nearly half of the apartments. The fire clearly started under suspicious circumstances and residents aren't being updated in a timely manner. My sister now has ptsd and will have to address that after everything she has experienced in this apartment run by SLUM LORDS! Incredibly sad. Looking forward to management's response.
C. Swinford: The current state of the building isn’t safe following a recent fire. It’s a construction zone with mildew and wet carpets. Holes in the ceiling let rain water in. The fire alarm system is not active. Management does not respond to concerns when residents reach out about these issues. Management does not appear to communicate effectively with their contracted demolition team. We know that the walls and carpets will be stripped on all floors. We have been told that rent will *increase* if we renew our leases.
Haley Gesse: My apartment was luckily one that was not damaged by the fire on the 18th. However, I just got an email today stating that my rent will increase a few hundred dollars if I renew in May. I am currently unable to use any of the 5th floor amenities and half of my floor is completely destroyed and unsafe to be in. I have yet to hear a response regarding this issue of my rent increase. Most of my neighbors are planning to move out.
Joey Saunders: Birge & Held owns this building and they stink. I know this is a nice building in a nice location, but you will be at the mercy of awful management. I expect more one star reviews on the way and they are well deserved.
K McClain: Want to give this staff a shout out for the way they have handled the recent communications around the fire event. I really apprecaite the team there and how they have helped me.
Zac Cino: As others have stated since the ownership changed the building went downhill. Building has become dirty and unmaintained with very gross trash build up. Maintenance requests are not dealt with and I had to call them back multiple times for the same issue. They also began raising rent significantly once my lease from previous owner expired. Reporting issues does not result in anything but ownership saying things are fine. Absolutely loved living here before the ownership change but the new ownership and their management of the property was enough for me to move on.
Eric Buchakjian: Prior to December 2021, Park 66 Flats was a well run apartment complex, 4 stars in my opinion. In December 2021, the building was sold to Birge & Held which has consistently mismanaged the property since their acquisition. Trash regularly accumulates in the common areas and trash chute rooms creating health hazards, and basic maintenance is neglected (scuffed walls, dirty floors, broken garage doors, etc) . The staff, if you can reach them, is non-responsive: 6 weeks to examine a broken dishwasher only to be told it's not broken when it is clearly broken, missed and late appointments. When I moved out management attempted to charge me thousands of dollars for a litany of reasons related to notice and move out date. I believe this was due to incompetence rather than malice, but I had to spend hours fighting them and it was only resolved when I turned the matter over to my attorney. Even then, my deposit was received outside of the time stipulated in the IN Revised Code. The building is in a good location, and appears appealing, but if you have options, I would avoid this property.
Ben Matthews: I currently live at park 66 and have lived here for about a year now. I have loved my experience living here so far and love the location. The staff is great and very understanding of all of their residents situation regarding rent, repairs, etc. not to mention the location is great. I love the neighborhood because it’s quiet but close enough to the action.
Stephanie Schwieger: Amazing location, the gym and rooftop are great, and the staff are the best!! I recommend living here if you are looking for a good spot in broad ripple.
Jordan Crowe: Park 66 Flats is unwaveringly kind every time I interact with any staff member, whether it is someone from the leasing office or maintenance staff. The building has really nice amenities and communal spaces including the outdoor rooftop deck, and very friendly neighbors. Great location in Broad Ripple but never loud or rowdy immediately in front of the building. If I could move this apartment closer to my job so that I could stay here again I would. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Broad Ripple area!
Moh. Anwer: Really kind and responsive staff. The apartments are highly sound proof, provide great insulation, and overall location is great. I've really enjoyed my stay here and I have lived here since June 2017.
LaCalvince Simpson: Nice apartments...great location...better STAFF! New spacious apartments with lots of amenities. It is tucked in the back near the IAC, but within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Yet, it is the staff that makes it worthwhile living here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. I would definitely recommend living here.
El C: It looks impressive, but look closer. Park 66 has been around for a little over a year now. The walls are already scuffed, the paint is already chipping, and several signs have already fallen down. The construction was a rush job, and it shows. The appliances look nice, but they're cheap. There's a reason the building is still only partially full.

Northview Apartments: what do users think?
Brian Rettig: Alexa from North view is a highly professional expert who will help you find the perfect apartment for your needs. She is respectful friendly and goes above and beyond in her duty to help you find your next dream home at North view. Please ask for her when calling to live at Nothview.
Owen Pierce: I have been living here for just awhile, and it has been an excellent experience. I searched all over Indy and was not satisfied with any apartments I had found until I found Northview. My apartment is really spacious and nice. All the staff was incredibly helpful getting me set up here - way more helpful than any other complex I tried to work with during my search. The location is impeccable; just far away enough from downtown to be part of the suburbs, but not too far, yet just on the border of Carmel. Beautiful area and lots of nearby shopping!
Tristan Zavaleta: Great place to live. Friendly staff and very quick maintenance.
Rachid: I've been living at Northview Apartments for 6 months now and it has been a great experience. The location is very convenient, clean and quiet. It's also close proximity to most grocery stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Kellie the manager along with the girls are professional, sweet and very attentive. Larry gets maintenance requests done within 24 hours, but most of the time in my case was the same day. All in all, it's a great place to live at and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Rene Cedillos: Staff is great and helps as much as they can. Maintenace is always on it. In a convenient location. This is the best place to live.
LaTamerine Washington: Hello, I have Emailed this company and I have called and left two messages I guess the office is very busy I understand there is another review on here that advised no one answers the phone well Whoop there it is I do not and can not handle no communication this action speaks volumes for me.
Deborah Hollis: The office and community here are truly treasures. People don't remember what you say, they remember what you do. Anything I needed this office was professional and very attentive. Swimming was a great part of my rehab and this office made sure My family and the community were able to access it whenever we needed. This was a great place to live. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, it means so much.
Maddie Winchester: been calling for days. at this point i’ll assume they just stare and watch the phone ring to pass the time.
Ben Voss: I have to take a minute to review this because some of these reviews are grossly unfair. My wife and I lived in this apartment complex for five years and it was absolutely wonderful! Others have lived there over a decade! I’ve never seen a property so well maintained and quick to repair. Best of all was the staff. Especially Victor, he memorized all the tenants names! We only left because we had a kid and bought a house. You won’t regret getting an apartment here!
Bekka McCullough: I've lived here for almost a full year now and I so wish I had moved here sooner! The staff is wonderful and friendly and so is the community, its small, well maintained and definitely worth the price!
Phil DAmico: This is strictly an opinion ...but managing company and management are horrible. They care more about money than tenants. Many issues go unaddressed. Again my opinion only but if I were choosing id look long and hard at other options. This has awful management....both the company and its managers. Glad im out.
Matt Roth: I have lived at Northview apartments for two and half years now. This was my first apartment outside of college. I have been extremely pleased with the place. It is a pretty small and quiet apartment complex, full of working professional who largely keep to themselves. When I was looking for an apartment, my two biggest concerns were crime or drama. A lot of apartments in the city have issues with both, Northview does not. Because it is right across from a high school, it is pretty safe. I have never had any issues with any neighbors in terms of noise or drama. The location is fantastic, it is 10 minutes from Castleton mall and 5 minutes from the fashion mall. It is two minutes from a Kroger and Target, so shopping is pretty easy. Meridian and 465 are about 5 minutes away, so it is pretty easy to travel. The apartment themselves are afford and modest, they don't have the highest end amenities that more expensive apartment complexes might offer but they are pretty affordable. For me as a post grad, I care about value while I pay down student loans. The rents increases have always been very reasonable. I haven't had any issues with anything breaking, but when a few issues did arise, the landlord fixed them pretty quickly.
Dj Parlae: Racism at it’s finest! Was told they had no units available upon my arrival. The leasing employee was rude & rush me out the door. The next day I had my “white” girlfriend call & suddenly they have available units..
Steve Mitchell: Extremely professional, courteous and responsive staff, Quiet, safe and clean grounds. Two thumbs up!
Catherine Dorney: Great location but overpriced for the amount of space and outdated carpet kitchen etc
Emily Vance: By far the absolute best leasing experience ever. Victor made the process of applying and moving in painless. We've lived here for a few months now and I love it.The apartment is super well-maintained. There was a small leak in our kitchen sink when we moved in and maintenance was out the very next day to repair it. Other than that, our place was spotless when we moved in. you can tell that there's a lot of effort that goes into maintaining the property. The neighborhood is great. Easy walking distance to quick food, restaurants, and grocery options. The monon trail is about a block away.Perfect for walking my dog...nice pocket of houses behind us make for a nice quiet stroll.
Ashley Miller: Lived here for 2 years but have rented from this property company for a total of 5 years. This is a great, safe location with tons of options for shopping, food, and exercising within walking distance. You are in the heart of Nora right near the Monon trail. Victor the leasing agent was very personable, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Larry the maintenance guy is also super friendly, helpful, and responsive! They took great care of me and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I lived in a one bed/one bath on the first floor and enjoyed my neighbors, the pool is AWESOME, and they have great monthly/quarterly events where you can get to know and have fun with the employees and other renters.
James Cross: So far the place looks very clean. Staff is friendly and maintenance is fast
Fred Humes: Great staff very helpful and friendly Samantha was very professional and helpful
Patrick Cross: Clean and tidy
Craig Sullivan: Im really happy with my choice to live at Northview. I leased my apartment from Northview's property manager Victor. Victor was quick to process my application and answer any questions that I had. It was evident that Victor has been in the apartment industry for many years, he knows how to make his tenants happy. The apartments are well maintained by their full time maintenance staff. Larry performs all of the maintenance on the property. Larry is quick to respond to any maintenance request that you have. He is extremely knowledge and friendly. While renting at Northview you will have access to a workout area and the pool during the summer. Lastly, you will be within walking distance of Target and Kroger.

Forestal Rodrique: They doing good job that so amazing
Skynetta Wood: Areil was very helping and answered all my questions
Shimayah Benson: Ariel did a good job very wonderful customer service experience very open and, nice.
Dolly Blekk: Ariel doing my applications very well I love her.
Jamie Phanor: Ariel was very helpful and a nice person to interact with!!
Adreia Lee: Micaela was a wonderful she answered all my questions and was very helpful with all my needs thank you so much
Carrie Halterman: The staff was super nice and understanding with the whole application process. Ariel in particular!! Definitely suggest it!
Quanisha Morrow: I previously lived here. I do not recommend. I had no hot water for a couple of weeks, no working refrigerator for almost a month, no working kitchen light and they never changed the vents on the HVAC. I lived on the second floor and there was no A/C for about two weeks— it was extremely hot and I had to provide a doctor’s note stating why I needed A/C because of my medical issues. Y’all, I cannot make this up, the maintenance men are not certified to make repairs and they are rude. Save yourself the headache and trust these 1 star reviews. I would’ve put 0 stars but it wasn’t an option.
Patricia Chirinos: Ariel, gracias por tu buena atención en ayudar a solucionar los problemas que hemos tenido en nuestro apto. Feliz día
Vanessa Calles: excellent administrative attention by Ariel, very grateful
julio quintero: Comodidad y confort, los apartamentos son muy bonitos, el personal que trabaja allí son agradables y atentos
Jasmine Cushingberry: Julian was very fast & friendly. Came in & got right to work replacing my bathroom sink & was done before I even noticed.
Cerys Mulvey: Went to Astoria park in a search of a new home and was greeted by niki. She was friendly, out-going, and really helpful. Any application process can be stressful and she reassured us that it will be ok! I would definitely refer anyone I know looking for a home to Astoria park!
Willie Taylor: Was basically told I was going to get approved all for me to do a 200 dollar application fee and wait 5 days to get a email, when I was told the office would would give me a call and information, all I received was a email I feel this was misleading I’m a single parent I don’t have 200 dollars to throw away don’t take advantage of people with false hopes
Deandre Johnson: Applied for this apartment and everything was smooth until the manager got involved. I honestly should have looked at the reviews about this place before spending 550 dollars ! Now I’m waiting for my 450 to be refunded which I’ve been waiting for since September! I’m honestly getting sick of the people here I’ve been in contact multiple times about my money and still haven’t gotten it. I need my money now or I’m suing this place because i honestly feel they are holding onto my money and just keep telling me they are sending it but that’s oddly the one thing I haven’t received in mail. I need to be able to come pick it up my self or something at this point.
Penny Tsoukalas: I really question the education level at this place! The property manager couldn’t figure out how to add up my paycheck stubs making well over five times the rent. She took my $200 deposit told me that I had been denied. Then proceeded to tell me that I could take my business elsewhere. She is rude and racist and she should be ashamed of herself.
michael ratcliff: We were looking at this place to move to went thru the process but we had a accident in our family so we had to change our plans they told me my 750 dollar deposit for a unit if am now longer going to rent it non refundable. And mind you I have not signed a single document that tells me the deposit is nonrefundable Completely underhanded and greedy
ivan alfredo castro: Me gusta son súper amables mi nombre es Ivan Alfredo Reyes Castro y quiero trabajar aquí
queen of the Nalini: Very dirty
Jazzy's Way: They moved my mom in a apartment that has roaches.... I do not recommend those apartments... 👎🏾👎🏾 I use to stay over there years ago when they were in good condition... I'm very disappointed atp they need to shut them down 🤷🏾‍♀️
