Private Reserve Luxury Townhomes: what do users think?
Kristy Love: If I could give 0 stars I would I wouldn’t recommend my dog living there office managers are rude liars my move in issues were never addressed maintenance is a joke and they have a officer that lives on the property that has harassed me and my children since we moved here not enough space or time to tell it all. I held back my review because my mom taught me if I can’t say anything nice I shouldn’t say it at all but I don’t think anybody should consider these. The owners should be ashamed and they need to drop the luxury part of the name there’s nothing luxurious about it. Epic fail I was better off homeless.
Ashley Gage: DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS, USES A THIRD PARTY WHO ISN'T HELPFUL EITHER
Destiny Brackenridge: Gate never works, maintenance is horrible called 3 times today for ac problems and was told someone will be out to fix, but no one ever called or came to check/fix it. Been having toilet problems since moving in, called about that too and still no one ever came out.. and the basement it always flooding. Very ghetto, I don’t not recommend moving to the “Private Reserve luxury townhomes” .
Miss R: Very Very decent location. You gotta keep the office on their toes tho.
Taylor Brown: This was the worst place I ever lived in, I was only there for four months and there was mold in my apartment and it was infested with bed bugs.
twistedmixedchick13: My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it! The people that work in the office are very nice and accommodating. We've only needed maintenance twice and both times they were friendly and efficient. The townhouses feel home-y and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. Highly recommend!
Deborah Garrett-Blackwell: This is my second year living here. Maintenance is on the ball. The rooms are nice size. Love the hardwood floor in my living room and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I wish there was one in the living room!
Elena Hayes: Air conditioning out in unit, have a child with asthma, no assistance given at all. When I call for Updates I am told it will be handled but no one calls nor comes. If I could do zero it would be great. Maintainence let's people and even themselves use vacant units in the back where I stay for parties and gatherings and office management either don't know or don't care. Unsafe neighborhood and the owner who is supposed to be involved knows nothing about his management staff nor his maintenance team. Do not move over here.
Jay Baby: Love the leasing staff very helpful and maintenance is always on time with full filling work orders. A great environment and great place to live!
Dennis Phillips: Going on my third lease the turnover in the office/corporate is very unprofessional. My lease dates change three times is this possible. I renewed the second time they didn't see that I had pets, so I continue too pay my same price what I was told. Maybe four months in I got a credit on my account. I don't know why I asked the office they didn't know either WOW. So I used it. Had a inspection the maintenance crew tells I have pets Da sticker on the front door. So they call saying you got pets. I said yes but they didn't add it back on my second lease. That's why I continue too pay my first lease payment like I was told too do by the second team in the office. Now trying too renew my lease the third time with the third team in the office. I got a outstanding balance on my account. So they mess up I got too pay extra money. Is this right I'm confused.
Karen Bloomingbird: am being harassed by my young neighbors because I have called the police after several attempts of me asking them to at least cover the vents because the marijuana is coming in my unit as if I am having a smoke session. Before calling the police as instructed by the leasing office I tried to be a good neighbor. well now they are running up on me as I am coming into my unit. I work from home and I am afraid now because there are several people that live there and you don't know who is who. I have been harassed now since December because the office had attempted an eviction at least that is what I was told back in December but they ended up taking the rent and allowing them to stay they just moved in 3 months ago. They are trying to intimidate me by running up on me like they want to fight I don't know who it is as there are lots of people that live there I am recovering from a recent spine surgery and I am afraid that if I have to defend my self I will be seriously hurt. So I go to the office and give a 30 day notice me and my husband. He is trying to get us out of here because he fears at this point it will be escalated because they were spoken to again by the office. Well we took February rent to try and find somewhere to go and the office tells me they may file an eviction on us. we have been here off and on for 10 years this last lease is 3 years never had an issue and now im being told that we may not even get the termination period removed. Now im told tha the previous leasing manager dropped the ball. I am waiting to see what will happens. I will keep you posted and I am praying that they are not waiting for someone to die and then do something about it. Also about 3.5 months ago a unit was shot up with children inside it. I don't want a repeat and im told that the people that lowered someone to the door still lives out here and the previous leasing people knows it.
Dodi Moncrief: Nice spacious floorplans
Shawn Hall: I've only been here a month but been staying on this side of town since 98 . I always wanted to resign in these apartments and finally stay here I love it not too bad price wise .. I love my place very spacious and quiet ..
Nikki Smith: Family friendly community. I am a returning resident lots of community involvement and activities for kids and families. Very nice and clean
Colin Manring: Super helpful leasing staff and a well maintained property
Quiana Taiwan Hobson-Hicks: I moved from one townhome due to everytime it rains it floods our apartment and the laundry room began to develop mold and I should have stayed because we have had problems from day 1in this one The patio is horrible you cant grill or sit back there! The stairs fell through under my mother it took over a week to get it completely redone with new plywood after we constantly complained. The dishwasher doesnt work it keeps staining our dishes and we've had to throw away several of expensive dishes. The unit in the laundry room keeps overfilling with nasty water and it stinks on the basement. The maintenance have came over several times but still no results. It has gotten to the point where I no longer have asked for maintenance or do I call the manager. Because it's useless. I'm in the process of moving tired of complaining .
Avrielle Johnson: My beautiful 2 bedroom tri-level was nothing but amazing. The staff was very patient during my move in process and always friendly and helpful when I had concerns!!! Love it!
Amanda Warren: I have been in the 3 bedroom townhome with a basement. It is a very nice layout-love the fireplace in the basement.
Tami Wooldridge: Good place to live that is in a nice area and convenient to anywhere you need to go. Great staff!
Keir Foreman: This place is a joke...the townhomes are not as LUXURIOUS as they seem to be in the pictures, there are a lot of underlying issues. Plenty of water damage, especially when it rains. Water, debris, and bugs come in through the patio and the plumbing system is also messed up. The electrical outlets and light fixtures and switches half way work. The baseboards underneath the carpet are broken as well, feels like you might fall through the floor. They never have or can keep a good maintenance team. They make you purchase comcast for cable and internet, which they suck( included in your rent). The breed of dogs that people have are very vicious, (Pit bulls and Rottweilers) etc......which they say are not allowed. But management does not enforce the issue. Drug paraphernalia and trash is everywhere. My car has also been broken into. The (security) gate is always broke. I mean can we get a whole new team that cares about the property and the residents....I mean, need I say more......this place is a joke for the amount of $$$ you pay. If it were up to me they would get NO STARS, but I'm forced to give a star, so be it. I hate being punked....
Adam Metzler: I really enjoy getting to know our neighbors and participating in the community gardens. We have lived here for 2.5 years. The Staff are always reasonable and easy to work with.

Park 66 Flats: what do users think?
Zeysha Fuentes: Do not live here! Lack of communication and honesty from management. Tenants are living in a construction zone and they are not letting people out of their leases, unless they pay a termination fee. Hallways are stripped down to beams.
Michelle Soltis: Park 66, more like Park 666. In the past two months, my apartment has flooded (broken fire suppression system), and the complex has caught on fire. During the flood, it took the management team over five hours to turn the fire suppression system's water off, so everything in my unit was completely ruined. They did not cover my renter's insurance deductible or compensate me in any way, despite the excessive response time. During the fire, a large portion of the complex (33 units) got flooded again with water. The hallways reek of mold and there are no amenities. I did not have a fridge for almost a week. The roof is still leaking from the fire over a month ago. Rent is full price. Living here, you are at the mercy of Birge&Held. If you still decide to live here despite the reviews, I would recommend getting renter's insurance (which is not required) and having a "go" bag ready.
Lucas Hickey: They are actively doing demo on units that are occupied. The building is not weather proofed. Units are being burglarized with crew keys. Birge and held are still claiming the units are habitable and safe and tenants don’t qualify for lease termination. They’re also taking down google reviews
Kaley O'Donnell: 2 stars for the quiet and safe location, as well as good size of apartments. It’s the management which is the issue. Maintenance takes months to respond, even for important matters. The office doesn’t respond to emails or answer the phones (unless you’re looking to spend money/sign a lease). There was a fire a month ago, granted not their fault, but it has destroyed half the building with water damage including all of the amenities (gym, roof, common areas). Probably the most alarming part of this is that I didn’t receive ANY email, phone calls, etc about the fire! I was lucky and was out of town for the fire, but only heard about it when my neighbors texted me the following day. I still don’t get communication/emails from management, even after I brought this concern to their attention. Someone from upper management eventually reached out and said they would offer compensation for the nights we were displaced/ had to stay in hotels, but I haven’t received that still almost a month later. But of course, I’m still getting emails about rent being due and the reminder that rent is increasing by $300 per month if I choose to resign the lease…
Austin Gates: I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years so I experienced two different management companies. Any reviews/ratings of Park 66 Flats should be considered under Birge & Held management. Almost any good reviews Park 66 had is from when JC Hart owned the building. Ever since Birge & Held took over, the place has gone downhill. I had my bike stolen from the garage. When brought to the attention of management, I was pretty much ignored and shrugged off. When I asked that the cameras be reviewed, I was told they did not have access to the cameras and could not review them. So not only was the garage not secure, other security measures (such as cameras) are not working, which is a safety concern for residents. I also lived on the top floor, and our apartment started to get water leaks and stains all across the ceiling. Several requests and calls were made to management to have this addressed and we kept getting put on the back burner and was told it was being worked on but never was. From the initial service request, it remained open for more than ENTIRE YEAR. It got so bad that there was mold forming from the water leaks/stains which is an obvious health concern, but they still didn't seem to care that much. It was still an issue when we finally left. Finally, that brings me to the recent fire. While I understand the circumstances at hand and cause were out of their control, their overall response to the situation was/is poor at best. Communication after the fire was very poor and residents were not being updated in a timely manner and were left in the dark about what was going on. Their communication and information in the coming days after the fire was very disjointed and unclear to residents. I was in a unit (along with 33 others) that took on a lot of water damage from putting out the fire, to the point where we would not be able to move back in anytime soon and would be forced to move to either one of their sister properties or to a new apartment complex in general not managed by Birge & Held. We were given almost no time to make a decision as they were trying to force the residents that couldn't live there anymore out as soon as possible. Considering the situation regarding going through a disaster and trying to pick up the pieces after an already bad situation, I think that was in extremely poor taste by management as the affected residents had almost no time to figure things out and their situations after becoming "temporarily homeless". As almost all of their options for sister properties to move to for a 2 bedroom were farther away and not in the area, we took the opportunity to break the lease with Park 66 and get away from Birge & Held and find another apartment in the area. The apartment complex is in a good location, and the complex itself is nice (well before the fire, time will tell after renovations), but as long as Birge & Held manages this property, I would stay far away, it's not worth the headache.
Julie Floreancig: My sister lives in this building and her car has been broken into twice in the garage, treasured personal items were stolen from her storage unit most likely by an employee, on Christmas Day there was a water line break and the maintenance person didn't know how to shut the water off nor the blaring alarm, so Christmas was ruined, the damage from the Christmas Day flood still hasnt been addressed in the garage where there is a giant hole in the ceiling with insulation hanging out and black mold everywhere and then, THE FIRE!! The entire building had to be evacuated in the middle of a freezing night in February because of a monstrous fire that destroyed nearly half of the apartments. The fire clearly started under suspicious circumstances and residents aren't being updated in a timely manner. My sister now has ptsd and will have to address that after everything she has experienced in this apartment run by SLUM LORDS! Incredibly sad. Looking forward to management's response.
C. Swinford: The current state of the building isn’t safe following a recent fire. It’s a construction zone with mildew and wet carpets. Holes in the ceiling let rain water in. The fire alarm system is not active. Management does not respond to concerns when residents reach out about these issues. Management does not appear to communicate effectively with their contracted demolition team. We know that the walls and carpets will be stripped on all floors. We have been told that rent will *increase* if we renew our leases.
Haley Gesse: My apartment was luckily one that was not damaged by the fire on the 18th. However, I just got an email today stating that my rent will increase a few hundred dollars if I renew in May. I am currently unable to use any of the 5th floor amenities and half of my floor is completely destroyed and unsafe to be in. I have yet to hear a response regarding this issue of my rent increase. Most of my neighbors are planning to move out.
Joey Saunders: Birge & Held owns this building and they stink. I know this is a nice building in a nice location, but you will be at the mercy of awful management. I expect more one star reviews on the way and they are well deserved.
K McClain: Want to give this staff a shout out for the way they have handled the recent communications around the fire event. I really apprecaite the team there and how they have helped me.
Zac Cino: As others have stated since the ownership changed the building went downhill. Building has become dirty and unmaintained with very gross trash build up. Maintenance requests are not dealt with and I had to call them back multiple times for the same issue. They also began raising rent significantly once my lease from previous owner expired. Reporting issues does not result in anything but ownership saying things are fine. Absolutely loved living here before the ownership change but the new ownership and their management of the property was enough for me to move on.
Eric Buchakjian: Prior to December 2021, Park 66 Flats was a well run apartment complex, 4 stars in my opinion. In December 2021, the building was sold to Birge & Held which has consistently mismanaged the property since their acquisition. Trash regularly accumulates in the common areas and trash chute rooms creating health hazards, and basic maintenance is neglected (scuffed walls, dirty floors, broken garage doors, etc) . The staff, if you can reach them, is non-responsive: 6 weeks to examine a broken dishwasher only to be told it's not broken when it is clearly broken, missed and late appointments. When I moved out management attempted to charge me thousands of dollars for a litany of reasons related to notice and move out date. I believe this was due to incompetence rather than malice, but I had to spend hours fighting them and it was only resolved when I turned the matter over to my attorney. Even then, my deposit was received outside of the time stipulated in the IN Revised Code. The building is in a good location, and appears appealing, but if you have options, I would avoid this property.
Ben Matthews: I currently live at park 66 and have lived here for about a year now. I have loved my experience living here so far and love the location. The staff is great and very understanding of all of their residents situation regarding rent, repairs, etc. not to mention the location is great. I love the neighborhood because it’s quiet but close enough to the action.
Stephanie Schwieger: Amazing location, the gym and rooftop are great, and the staff are the best!! I recommend living here if you are looking for a good spot in broad ripple.
Jordan Crowe: Park 66 Flats is unwaveringly kind every time I interact with any staff member, whether it is someone from the leasing office or maintenance staff. The building has really nice amenities and communal spaces including the outdoor rooftop deck, and very friendly neighbors. Great location in Broad Ripple but never loud or rowdy immediately in front of the building. If I could move this apartment closer to my job so that I could stay here again I would. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Broad Ripple area!
Moh. Anwer: Really kind and responsive staff. The apartments are highly sound proof, provide great insulation, and overall location is great. I've really enjoyed my stay here and I have lived here since June 2017.
LaCalvince Simpson: Nice apartments...great location...better STAFF! New spacious apartments with lots of amenities. It is tucked in the back near the IAC, but within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Yet, it is the staff that makes it worthwhile living here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. I would definitely recommend living here.
El C: It looks impressive, but look closer. Park 66 has been around for a little over a year now. The walls are already scuffed, the paint is already chipping, and several signs have already fallen down. The construction was a rush job, and it shows. The appliances look nice, but they're cheap. There's a reason the building is still only partially full.

The Whit: what do users think?
Jocelyn Howes: Love living here and the new management team has done a lot to improve overall services. The only real wish I have would be to upgrade the stoves w/auto clean function and better pre-heat alert system.
Malik Talaat: Very nice apartment in a great location downtown, would recommend to anyone brand new to Indy. Amenities are great (common areas, gym, pool) and building is very well kept and clean.Only grievance would be it is expensive and ($1200-$1500 per month rent) and the $25/month valet trash fee cannot be waived.
Nick Houk: I love living here. The units, amenities and location are all great. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else living in downtown Indy.
Edward Cai: The Whit is quite different from anything I have lived and experienced. It’s a well located for anyone work downtown or just enjoy the city life. Interior apartments have nice appliances and looks sleek and modern. There is plenty of cabinet spaces and certain apartments have amazing views. There isn’t much down side besides the noise, but you are living on top of bar. It’s only really Friday and Saturday so that’s expected. Staff are always friendly and smiling. This is the only apartment that feels like it’s always fully staffed. The Whit is very on top of updating residents on elevators being down and downtown events. Some downtown events beware, makes it impossible to navigate the roads, but again welcome to downtown living. With that all being said, if you want a great experience and nice location to live, come to the Whit!
Alexa Johnson: The average reviews doesn’t tell the whole story. From my view it’s been amazing, maintenance has been quick and usually same day if you put in a request in the morning. They do a good job on fixing the issues described. the staffing feels full and I feel like they are always cleaning and organizing. The amenities are great and top for any luxury apartments. There are some things to keep in mind, it’s on top of 16Bit so living on top of it you may hear noise, but it’s excepted and on busy nights like Friday and Saturday, there has always been an employee walking around or stationed at the front to watch and make sure people who live here can only enter. For someone who lived in a few apartments this has been by far the best experience.
Nicholas McDonald: Great gym and pool. Perfect location. Helpful staff and maintenance team. Best place to live in downtown Indy
Nick Perry: I am a new resident at The Whit! The communication from the property managers was exceptional, making our move so much easier. Couldnt reccomend this place more it is an amazing community!
Elise Milligan: I love living at the whit! Management and staff are so willing to help and easy to communicate with. Apartments are very nice and in the best location!
Bailey Fleming: All I can say, is THANK YOU a million times! I moved into the Whit in 2022 and I have had nothing but the best experience. I have a high stress job, and I have left some very frustrated voicemails to the leasing office regarding the valet trash/small issues. They have done nothing but go above and beyond by not only addressing my concerns but also always following up afterwards to make sure things have been better. For example, Martez and Anna in the leasing office have been nothing but genuine and helpful since the day I moved in. No matter how frustrated I am, they are so kind towards me. The maintenance team here is also beyond amazing. They have been extremely prompt with any and all requests-even down to needing new lightbulbs. Services here are individualized, for example, maintenance will always bring my dog all the treats despite her having quite the attitude! I could not be happier with my experience so far at the Whit.
Sheila Kennedy: My husband and I moved to The Whit when we downsized from a three-story house in the Old Northside almost two years ago, and recently renewed our lease. We love it here--the location is superb--multiple bars and restaurants, grocery, hardware store, etc. all within a short walk. The amenities are great (gym, pool, party room, etc. etc.)and both the management and maintenance staffs have been unfailingly helpful and responsive. The apartment has tons of storage, and is roomy and surprisingly quiet. We are probably here for the duration!
Jacob Barrett: I've had a great time living at the Whit the past half year. The amenities are great, spacious floor plans, friendly residents and staff, and tons of dogs. All my requests have been answered in a timely manner and I haven't really had any issues so far.
Ashley Caveda: I moved into The Whit about 8 months ago, and so far the experience has been really good, especially compared to where I used to live. In my old apartment, I literally couldn't breathe due to mold, so I had to upgrade. The Whit's location can't be beat, with many great restaurants, stores, and movie theaters in walking distance. In general, the maintenance staff has been fairly responsive when I've had issues. There are also several nice community spaces that residents can use, like the courtyard, or even a small conference room I was able to use for a work meeting recently. The main negative is that it is fairly expensive, but I found it to be less expensive, and with larger apartments, than most other downtown luxury apartments. I plan to renew my lease this year.
Maria Jose Suarez: Love it but overpriced
Brendon Vanzile: Great apartments
PLAY DE BRINCAR: Casa Em Japão [País], Tóquio[Cidade]
Makenna Fitzgerald: I am begging the Whit’s custodial staff to please follow a standard set of quiet hours when it comes to taking out the trash from trash room. It is incredibly loud for the apartments that face into the alley to have to list to dumpsters being rolled out and the crashing of trash at 1AM sometimes as late as 3AM. I can’t understand for the life of me why they think it’s okay to be this loud so late at night and I’ve been woken up multiple times, so many times that I’m not resigning my lease.I don't live at the Whit, but I do unfortunately live in the apartment complex that shares the ally way. It's THAT LOUD. I can't image how loud it is for those that actually do live at Whit.
Cara Meunier: The Whit has the best, most helpful and kind team of leasing agents, best location, and amazing amenities. I’ve resided downtown in various buildings over many years, and this has definitely been my best living experience. :)
Michael Ray: Great environment to live downtown, friendly neighbors. A block away from Mass Ave so food options are abundant!
J Y: Really nice and really expensive apartments downtown! :)
Christian Jackson: So many nice amenities and in the center of downtown. No need to drive when you work in the city. Staff is very kind and quick on service.
Thomas Kasl: Terrible experience. Awful management, horrible living conditions with street noise and dog waste in hallways.

747 Apartments: what do users think?
Stuart Kaplan: We are enjoying living in our apartment. The staff has been quite helpful and responsive.
Amy Arnett: Great Apartments with unique open floorpans. Great location!
Special K: We lived here for the past 5 years and found the location to be fantastic with restaurants, bars and other retail choice (grocery, drug stores, hardwar) plentiful and within walking distance of the apartments. If you work in downtown Indy you should have a look.
Shane Ryder. Be.: Great apartments, great location! All-around win!
Sharon Sandoval: I went and visited the apartments today and got a lovely tour the atmosphere is very open and really professional people in the office I am actually considering in moving the next month. I was debating in several Apartments but once I stepped into 747 Apartments I felt it was home I greatly appreciate the time and the follow-up I received I would strongly recommend this place for anyone.
Josh Weathersby: I’ve Lived here for 3 months and im in love with everything about my new place; the location, the space, even my leasing agent Patrisha. I Love Love Love It Here
Yousef N: Love living here! Great location and best finishing of all the new places in Indy weve seen
Jack Phillips: I really was excited about viewing this location. Sadly I had a hard time setting up an appointment. When I did see the property I found out that no person works at the property except the maintenance person. The apartment comes with a high price tag, gives no amenities at all. The tech package is nothing to impressive. I like free cable and internet, but being able to view the person at the door is only a small thing. The real part of this is that no one can enter the building or go up the elevator without a fob. Most places have something similar. The difference is when your friend comes to visit, you will need to ride the elevator down to let them ride the elevator after you buzz them in. The apartments are nice and lit up well. I like some of the features, but it's not like those are unique to this property. I really wanted to live here, but can't justify it, and want more from a community.
Halley O: The missing star is for awful logo planning, design, and decisions.

StoneBridge Luxury Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Abby Fasnacht: Applicants beware: the management here is extremely dishonest. They will quote you “market rate” for an apartment that is 45% higher than estimates given during a tour two weeks prior, only AFTER charging you the $250 non-refundable application fee. Additionally, the staff is not knowledgeable about their own application process. We had several questions that went unanswered during the tour, as the staff member did not know and didn’t want to consult with anyone else. Further attempts to get these questions answered were met with radio silence and unanswered voicemails. I can’t recommend applying here when there are many comparable, cheaper communities in the immediate area.
madison: Overall I had a good experience living here for two years.I wish existing tenants could have locked in our rent and not have it increased and I wish we didn't have to pay for all the amenities we couldn't use during the pandemic, they also charged me for a pet fee without even talking to me and asking if I had a pet (there was pet food on my below neighbors porch but it was caused by the people above me), parking is sparse at times but there is enough if you don't mind walking a bit.Maintenance was prompt and quick to respond, the amenities were nice when I was able to use them, it is in close proximity to lots of shopping and food, they don't have breed restrictions for pets or weight limits, people are generally quiet and don't disturb each other, it is near schools, the staff is generally friendly, and the apartments themselves are nice and have newer appliances and interiors.
Christian Carter: The time of living here was nice. Friendly maintenance and never an issue. But after moving out we learn the management is severely dishonest. Charging outrageous fees and only giving us 7 days to pay it! DO NOT RENT HERE!
Veronica Leitke: I love these apartments! I appreciate that the ownership continuously makes improvements and updates to the property. The new speed bumps make me feel a lot safer in the community. Office and maintenance staff - keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed.
ColinBrunnemer77: THE SPEED BUMPS! Why?? My girlfriend has an apartment here and I come over almost everyday. I own two cars, both of which are low to the ground. They just put in two super steep speed bumps today and my girlfriend and I are both livid. She is locked into a lease here and pays them her rent every month, she’s a great tenant - and nobody even consulted her about the speed bumps. Personally, if I ever get an apartment, one speed bump is all it would take to make me NEVER consider getting an apartment there. I scraped on both speed bumps even taking it at an angle and very slowly. SMH. At least consult your tenants first. Or even if the bumps were less tall and a bit longer - that would work too. Not everybody drives a car with SUV-level ground clearance.
Akil Mills: 4 year resident review:Pros: Very clean, well maintained grounds. The amenities are nice. Stonebridge has resident appreciation days, holiday activities.Community neighbors normally will stay to themselves but can be friendly.Maintenance is probably the best thing about this place. They do an excellent job!Cons:Parking is terrible. Basically, you have to be in by 7pm otherwise you have to find parking.Break-ins/thefts from vehicles are heavy here! Be mindful of where you leave your car. There is 1 or 2 cameras. To monitor who dumps bulk trash/ leasing office(obviously). Both my wife and I had our cars broken into several times. Stonebridge didn’t aid us with that. Also, we’ve had several people different times while we’ve been here try to break in our apartment. They check doors during the day while you’re at work...etcNoisy upstairs neighbors. I’ve had multiple conflicts and other neighbors have had conflicts with upstairs neighbors not being respectful, especially during quiet hours. I’ve had to go up several times to have a conversation around respect. Loud music, video shooting games, Loud TV’s, dancing, after 11pm you will hear it. Stonebridge management staff just says call their security services(who are nice), but they will even tell you there’s not much they can do but to report it back to the management team. They are a very tough, “matter of fact” group of people to deal with.Weed smell- everyone smokes it now, which is an issue if you don’t smoke, but it will seep through the inside vents of your apartment. Your clothes will smell like it.Other than that.. make sure that before you tour this complex ride around the community several times one during day and evening/night(after7pm/8pm) to get an idea of these situations. Overall, it was a nice place to stay could it have been better, yeah.
Emily France: Loved living here! The front office staff was amazing from move in to move out! The maintained was very attentive and friendly and normally came the same day! Only reason we moved out was because we bought a house or we more defiantly would have renewed our lease!
Dan Perritt: Very dishonest firm. I would never ever rent from this company ever! They still use fax machines to send payment information. Please please please avoid this firm at all costs. They will overcharge and make you miserable. Sincerely.
jordan watson: Great amenities, pool is nice, some of the cardio equipment could be updated. They try their best to offer monthly activities and they are always fun to attend. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. We had numerous maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff is very friendly and they do a good job at getting to you in a timely manner. Only a couple drawbacks to this complex, one being that parking is tight. Depending on your schedule you’ll have to park a ways away from your place. They offer garages to rent but they aren’t really worth the cost they are charging per month. Lastly, Be very specific about damages on the move-in inspection, because like any complex, when you move out they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Specifically make sure you take advantage of their carpet cleaning, because they will try and make you pay to replace the entire apartment over some spot stains.
Chris Meek: Staff is friendly but don't enforce policies. Also not all residents respect their neighbors enough to pick up after their pets. It used to be really pretty here, now there are piles of dog droppings nearly everywhere.
padmini VK: We stay here for 2 years. House are pretty good in size and loved the walk In and kitchen balcony.ProsProperty is beautiful with a lake view, pool heated jacuzzi.Accessible to Grocery, downtown.Homes are fairly priced and appliances are goodMaintenance issues were addressed immediatelyPlenty of space to take a walk inside and outside the property as wellConsVery less parking availablegym does stink n small in sizewe had our car window broke into including 2 of our neighbors same night. So safety wise not much for vehicles.Jeniffer(the manager) is not friendly or professional while talking about policy. We broke the lease n She said we would give back our penalty fee in case someone occupied the house following month. They did but she wouldn’t accept.
Brooke Rennie: My husband and I rented from Stonebridge apartments on the south side of Indianapolis for almost three years. We were really happy with renting from them until recently. The move out inspection was cancelled 15 min before hand when we were moving cross country that day. They stated it was "against policy" when asked to provide said policy, they could not provide any documentation and were very resistant.Specifically Jennifer Binder, the manager at that location has been extremely unprofessional and when asked to speak to her supervisor, will not provide the information. They also charged unfair and inconsistent items on the final statement that were never mentioned in the move out inspection! Also, they violated their own contract by not providing the final bill within the stated 45 days.We don't want what happened to us to happen to others renting there! Avoid renting here!
Vickie Uberto: My daughter and son in law live here and they have a really nice apartment
Rick Thomas: worst apartment I had ever seen. After 2 days of moving the apartment get flooded which damaged my furniture. Avoid to live there
Brad Beatty: Not a place you want to live. The parking here is completely unacceptable. There are not enough spots and the management refuses to acknowledge this issue. For the last year we have made do by parking in makeshift spots and now they have decided to tag our vehicles with 10-inch stickers on our windows on a 90-degree day that do not come off. When I approached management about this issue, no apology was offered and the manager stated, “there is enough parking you might just need to park 3 building down when it is busy.” If you think that is an acceptable solution to an ongoing problem, then please, make yourself at home at Stone Bridge Apartments. Furthermore when explaining to the manager that it is not acceptable to put large stickers on someone’s window in the middle of summer she replied, “It should come off with some ‘Goof Off.’” I am thoroughly unimpressed and highly disappointed to say the least.
D A: When you move out make sure you see actual estimates and charges for any repair work they say you caused. Found out maintenance actually adds to these charges to come in under budget in order to receive a bonus at the end of the year.
Caleb Middleton: Horrible, horrible Management. Do yourself a favor and refrain from this place if you would like to keep ahold of your money. Had to relocate after a few months for my work, and they didn’t sympathize whatsoever with me. It was a mandatory move for my job and they still charged me over $3,000. I asked to speak to one of the managers and she sat us down for two minutes only to tell us that there was nothing she could do for us, even before she heard me out. They don’t care about you or anyone else.
Travis Esparza-Roberson: Me and my husband love living here! I have zero complaints and we were fairly picky with finding our new apartment. Downtown is easy to get to. The pool/hot tub, the property, and the apartments are all very well maintained. No service request goes ignored no mater how small! I wanted to clean out our dryer vent and asked if I could borrow a latter to reach it and they had someone come do it for us instead! When our washer (our own, not one we rented from them) over flowed our laundry room on a Sunday afternoon they had someone out in 30 minutes suctioning up the water!Move in was super easy as well, the unit was clean and no repairs have been needed. In addition there are no dumpsters, only a neat out of the way trash compactor. The only negative is parking is a little crowded at times which an email went out that they are trying a solution beginning 2019.The cost of rent is well worth any amount charged for rent and any applicable fees. I am certain that as long as life doesn’t change job wise we will be renewing fall of 2019!
Kiran M: Very well maintained & exemplary service ! Management is really good, they listen to your concerns and ensure its solved within quick turnaround.
Jeffrey Gardner: I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and can honestly say I have no complaints since I moved in. The maintenance staff are pretty incredible. I’ve submitted several requests over the past 18 months and the repair has almost always happened the same day. Once had a repair done less than 20 minutes after submitting the request. The management staff have also been great. Always very helpful and doing their job with a smile. Some people feel it’s overpriced here, but I would disagree. Although I haven’t lived in an apartment prior to living here, there are a lot of details that can be tricky to put a price tag on. Very well kept community, I always feel safe, friendly staff, good neighbours, clean amenities, etc. So for me I was willing to pay a small premium over other complexes, but I think the peace of mind is worth every penny.I also like running and playing tennis. So having lighted tennis courts next door is great, and the surrounding neighbourhood is nice for an evening run or walking dogs.
Katie Ward: I moved in to Stonebridge August 2017 and am moving out when my lease is up next month purely because I got a new job and have to relocate. I actually renewed my lease before I found out about the job and the office staff (shout out to Sha!!) were nice enough to let me out of my renewed lease without penalty. Stonebridge offered me everything I needed for what I believe to be a reasonable cost. I think people have unreasonable expectations when it comes to rent charges, but maybe that's just me. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath with a good sized screened-in balcony since I had a nice view of the woods behind me and they thought ahead to keep the bugs out. :) My apartment was clean upon move-in time and the whole move in process was a breeze. EVERYONE in the office is amazingly nice and helpful and just super cool. The apartment itself is really cute, wonderful floor plan and cute archways and built-ins. My AC went out once and maintenance was there within 20 minutes to fix it. Every other smaller maintenance request I submitted (online, super easy!) was done within a few hours of submission. The nice online resident's portal allows you to pay your rent, too. Although I generally keep to myself, all the neighbors I interacted with were super nice and no one seemed creepy or anything. The grounds are nice; I love the water features as well. The pool is generally clean and the hot tub is a nice touch, and the area of the complex is great!I would definitely recommend Stonebridge to anyone. I only have a few negatives I'd like to share - similar to the negatives I've seen in some other reviews. The heat is electric, so yes the winter heating bills are high. I am extremely conservative with my heat use - most of the time I keep it set under 68 in the winter, only going a little higher when it is super cold. My highest heating bill in the winter was a little over $200 which I thought was insane for a place around 1010 sq ft, but my mom told me that is pretty normal with electric heating. Over the summer, my bills are probably around $60 and I only turn the AC on when it is about 85 or warmer out. There is definitely a bit of a dog poop problem, but that's more on the residents than the staff I think. There are signs and poop stations throughout the complex, so really if someone's leaving their dog poop, they're just a poop themselves. If you see a neighbor leaving poop, say something!! Report them!!The roads need some work, but this is the midwest and winter isn't kind on asphalt. They do their best to fix them up. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the last time I talked to the office they said they were trying to work on a solution for it.I could only hear my neighbors if they had a larger get-together in their apartment, were playing pretty loud music, they were stomping down the stairs, or if their dogs barked. My toilets also have the loudest pipe/water noises I've ever experienced but that noise only lasts like 15 seconds. Otherwise, it was pleasantly quiet. My biggest complaint is they took away recycling about 2 months after I moved in. Residents were not breaking down boxes, putting trash into the recycling, etc, so they decided they couldn't deal with it anymore and took it away. I can understand the struggle, but recycling is really important to me (it should be to you too :) ) and it would be great if they could work on a solution to bring it back.Overall, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives with both my apartment and the complex itself. I loved my experience at Stonebridge!!!

Monon Lofts Apartments: what do users think?
Aiisa Dane: Vary disrespectful and unsafe apartments a lot of problems and issues with the rental office they lien and take your money !! bad wouldn’t recommend them to anyone vary cheap and never clean don’t more hear you will not be safe nor live comfortably
monique Gray: No parking for visitors, and not made for handicap people with power chairs. To many stairs going up 4 flight's of steps omg. Not for me. They are not fixing the door bell for visitors to get in. But all in all there very pretty to live in clean nice but if your handicap count yourself out on this one. But beauitful they are. But plases look out for handicap.
neenee Winston: Nices for a one badroom
Rickey Smith: Beautiful apartments, 10 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis.
Natylia LovingMe: These apartments are very lovely I'm praying and hoping I get approve for one
Rhonda Merriweather: To small and no parking for yr visitor
Scott Randt: I called a few minutes ago for information about the property. As soon as the lady answered she made it very clear she was only there to answer the phone today. I asked if I could leave a message? The answer was “I guess” with a bit of inconvenience in her voice. I asked if it would be better to call back and leave a voicemail? I was told that no one would return my call because there is no property manager. So why the hell would I leave a message. What a joke!!! The place seemed very unorganized.
Jessica Grace: Please please please don’t move here!!! The units are aesthetically beautiful but some of the people they have allow to move in/live here will ruined your peace. I have been HARASSED by the tenant below me since the first day I moved in. I have called and went into the office on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. Proof of police reports and still nothing has been done. I have been threatened at a place that I should be able to call home for me and my child. These apartments do not care about your well being or safety. Again do not move here!
Darrion McAlister: I’ve lived here for a year and we’ve had 3 different property managers and 3 different leasing assistants. For some reason nobody in the office can ever help, with the exception of Eboni who is no longer there. It’s like nobody in the office is doing anything, ever. I had to reapply for my recertification 60 days before my lease ended and they waited until 15 days before my lease was up send my documents over for approval. With 10 days left of my lease they told they needed more corrections on my recertification. It’s now 10 days into a new month and I’m still jumping through hoops with the people in the front office for my recertification. I go over for requests and get told the requests will be completed come the following morning, and then I have to continuously go back 4 or 5 days later because nothing has changed. Clearly this apartment complex has workers who are understaffed and overworked, or maybe they’re just not competent enough to do their jobs. The location of the apartments is decent if you enjoy the bars. Mass Ave is in walking distance, and I really enjoy the Monon Trail.
Stacy Smith: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Tierra Carpenter: I am the definition of confused when it comes to their rental practices. It will soon be three weeks since I applied here and they're continuously telling me they have no idea when my application may be approved. I gave them about 8 months of check stubs which was already pretty strange for an apartment complex to ask for. i was also denied for the "affordable" program they have so I'm just not understanding what else there is to figure out and why they think it's acceptable to take this long to do it.
Tierra Marie: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Carol Newhouse: Starting my third year of residence here. Have great neighbors. Love the neighborhood businesses and being close to work and church. New manager, Irwin, and his staff are the best.
Steven McIlwain: Monon Lofts presents one of the best value apartments near downtown Indianapolis. The units are modern and parking is free. Located directly off the Monon Trail with easy access to Mass Ave and all of downtown. Close enough, yet also far away enough that you are not too close to city traffic.Irvin, the new Property Manager, is highly responsive to resident requests.
Robert Ruble: Reasonably priced, new and modern apartments with all the extras, located on 16th Street and the Monon Trail. Just six blocks north of Cultural Trail.
Airrion Williams: 10 minutes from downtown
Riley Cheatham: Where do I even start!? George is a very caring compassionate individual whose professionalism is second to none. Eboni greets me every time I walk into the office and makes sure she acknowledges me even if she working with another person. Mike handles things in a very professional manner and eliminates problems and also educates on issues as well which goes a long way. They also show appreciation by handing out donuts and lightbulbs! Great place
todd jarvis: Aesthetically beautiful, they do not maintain the lawn overlooking the trail as frequently as needed! 😟 Apt. Manager, Maribel, is sorely missed! When I moved in...staff = Maribel, Andrew & Robert...ALL of whom are gone! Huge red flag! Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I need to move! Communicated w/ George...current manager...& he is extremely incompassionate! Dont expect a balloon parade to leave...but they are almost indignant! U can enter...but, U can never leave!!! W/out paying 2 grand! Tried calling corporate...never received return call!

CityView On Meridian: what do users think?
Steph E.: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in my life. The building itself is falling apart. The air conditioning went out for the entire building twice in the same month I was there. The first floor where the amenities are, is missing ceiling tiles and has several leaks that they use trash cans to catch the water. Some of my neighbors told me someone had shot up the bottom floor of the building right before I got there and I don’t believe it was just a drive-by. Before my first month was up they let me break my lease because they were having so many issues with the building. The leasing agents could have simply let me know that I had a balance, instead they sent me an email saying my account had a $0 balance and it was being closed…. Then they sent my remaining balance (that I didn’t know I had) to a collection agency which reported to the credit bureau and damaged my credit. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. The building is awful, the staff is worse, it’s not worth a single penny
Francisco Gonzales: When the company from Chicago took over that building everything went down more expensive and less good services!
andrew clark: Decent apartment but terrible area. In the six months I was here, someone broke into my car and then two months later someone stole my catalytic converter even with the gated parking lot. Also came back to my apartment flooded multiple times. Recommend somewhere else
Teresa Coy: I have been living here for over a year and a half and have always loved it. I moved in with my best friend who was a resident already. The transition from a 1bed to a 2 was seamless thanks to Kyle and Dallas. They have been there for anything I have ever needed. They are absolutely Wonderful. The maintenance staff and Roxanne are always up to say hi or help me with anything I need. They are prompt with fixing any issues that come up. Kyle and Dallas are always keeping the residents up to date on any issues with the property from busted pipes to hosting property events such as holiday dinners for residents. The security that is there awesome. The views from a corner apartment, to a middle apartment or the sky lounge are often breathtaking and beautiful. The property is always clean and well maintained. Roxanne does a stellar job at keeping everything sparkling, and joyful with the time and effort she puts in to decorate during the holidays.
Clinton Tucker: NICE!
Christian Hampton: I can honestly say I feel 100% safe in this environment from the security guard to the secure keypad door’s they bring me so much comfort. There’s hardly any maintenance problems but if you do have any issues they are on it, this is the perfect place for me so I wouldn’t see why not for you!!!!
Cecilia Fouts: Well, this was a great experience. From the maggots in the dishwasher to the updated electrical on move in day. My advice would be to not even consider this place.
DI Oliva: If you planning to rent an apartment here please don't management is the worst, honestly, they have a new policy even your car was working the management will call a towing company to tow your car and take note we are paying a garage for $55, today my boyfriend is supposed to work by 4:40 am when he goes to parking lot our car was gone and the towing company said we need to pay $175 seriously:( and not only that the gym was dirty the lobby was dirty the elevator was the smell cigarettes and you don't have control for the AC..please never move here because this apartment is worst
Kevin Fauntleroy: I’ve been searching, for a new apartment for over 5 months, I currently live in Broad Ripple, which i definitely love, so my search started there, I drive by City View every day, once I turn on 38th Street the first thing that stands out is this amazingly tall building, if you have ever search for an apartment, property managers in the beginning make you feel wanted, but if you don’t fit into there time frame, they really just drop you from there Radar, then there’s Dallas, I schedule an appointment, I’m extremely busy, actually got there a little after business hours, she still gave me a full tour, and when I tell you City View is a GEM, my new apartment is Amazing, a wall of windows i’m piercing all the way downtown, so everything that I’ve seen with these amenities, views, appliances, all hardwood floors, 860sqft, I was expecting to pay at least $1500, so when Dallas told me that I could get this apartment for under $1200 which included free parking, I turned to her and asked what’s the catch, so I left the tour excited, but it has happened a few time, then two days later there was a call from Dallas (Surprising) she wanted to make sure she answered all my questions, where there any concerns, so I took her up on it, went back took measurements to make sure my furniture fit the space, I got there early she stopped everything, to make sure I could get into the apartment and take measurements, so I decided to apply, it was a easy online process, we all know moving can be stressful, then it’s the cost, Application fee, administration fees, pet fees, additional parking fees, and you still haven’t paid the deposit, so you’re easily paying a fee Thousand dollars, so not that I must move I want to move, holidays are here, so maybe I’ll wait, I expressed to Dallas some of my concerns, she told me about the flex deposit program that City View offers, it literally cut my expense in half, so I’m actually moving into my new home CITY VIEW TODAY !!! Dallas has reserve the freight elevator, followed up to make sure my apartment was perfect, I have some special requests, I wanted all the blinds removed from the windows, a request I made at my current apartment which was denied, Dallas said it wouldn’t be a problem, once I’m fully moved in I’ll share my amazing view
michu tenis: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueNices
Stev Steve: If you’re going to make your decision based off of reviews. Please read this. I have been here for over a year now, and genuinely the best part of this place is the convenience store on the first floor. However, if you enjoy water literally taking up 2/3rds of your bedroom, this is the place for you. It gets better! If you submit an emergency maintenance request, they respond extremely promptly by fixing the issue a month later! Yay! What service. Additionally, this places AC goes down on a very consistent basis. And that’s in the entire complex. Half the time I get in an elevator, I pray to God that it even works. Also, if you enjoy living in dangerous areas, I have the place for you! City view apartments. Nobody EVER answers the front desk phone unless you’re looking to buy. Regardless of all of my past statements, the maintenance woman downstairs is a wonderful lady. City view, be better. Do better! They should pay me to live here.
Sports Talk With PG: So far so good…the staff is very pleasant and responsive for the most part. My apartment is pretty nice, I’ve sent a lot of reviews from the past on here, and I’m not sure if they’ve changed leadership, but I haven’t had any issues as of yet. The building itself has some issues that may need to be repaired, such as the age of the building itself and I’ve seen areas in the lobby where you can see past water damage. The apartments themselves are renovated and look nice, the building itself just needs to be updated and worked on.
Joseph Martoccio: The lobby was shot up and flooded in my one month living there. Maintenance is not responsive and takes weeks to come, then they charged me and my room mates a fee saying they came and we told them to leave. The ac doesn’t work, and you can’t control the temperature in any rooms. The amenities are always unavailable. Do not rent here.
Bianca Pena: Critical:Value
Clementine Mutsetsa: This place is disappointing to the core. My advice would be do not rent here. From leakages in the apartment to constant fire alarms and people stealing your food deliveries. The building is not safe at all. This place needs serious improvements. The apartments at first seem nice but soon the reality unfolds. Save yourself time and money and do not move here.
Asmar Bilal: Not cool. Pay attention
Alex Meier: Critical:Professionalism,Responsiveness
Asmar Bilal Sr: When you enter the basement parking the walls are cracked and I was scared. I wonder how the foundational cracks were leaking water. I'm surprised they have tenants. Super scary. I will post pics soon this should be known. Nice view of the city tho. If I lived ther which I would never. I'd have a parachute for sure. Never seen anything like this so I'm posting.
Bernard Clark: Critical:Quality,Responsiveness,ValueTerrible building, old and too many problems that will go unfixed. DO NOT RENT HERE... I REPEAT... DO NOT RENT HERE.
Christopher Amador: Don’t typically do this unless the experience is really bad. Current tenant, building is under a new manager apparently since January. When voicing my frustrations about recent AC outages in 95+ degree weather for multiple days, I was surprised when she called me condescending. This lady is supposed to be a professional, and took a low and childish road when she decided to start name calling. She then had the audacity to ask the leasing agent sitting with us “when is his lease up” as if she was going to force myself and two roommates to leave. Started renting here in Oct. 2020 and was never made aware of not having temperature controls so I can’t blame the new manager. Apartments are updated, Roxanne is the absolute best. Management here is the worst of any “luxury” apartment complex in greater Indianapolis. If you tour here, take advice from one of the many elevator carvings and “DO NOT RENT HERE”.
Napoleon Williams: Positive:ProfessionalismI have lived here for over 10 years I enjoy living at Cityview and I also really like the new leasing manager Debbie she is amazing she has turn things around for the better
