Erika: My daughter & I had an AMAZING Stay-cation!!!! From the moment we got there, service and attention to detail are their specialty! Customer service was AMAZING! It started off with Ms Kuhn at the front desk! She is so sweet and took some extra goodies to our room and wrote us a personal card. Thanking us for choosing to stay at the JW Marriott. I wanted to hug her! I was so happy and very thankful for her outstanding customer service and her attention to detail!! High Velocity restaurant, executive lounge, room service, everything!!!! JW took really good care of us! We felt like VIPs! We will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JW MARRIOTT! You all ROCK!!!!!!!!
Hardeep Singh: Love this place. The restaurant has good food too.
Carlos Guerrero: Was there on a four day business trip. We had quite the schedule and everything in the background rans so smooth, you'd forget all the hard work the staff is involved with. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner went off without a problem. The food was great, warm and everyone had plenty to pick from. Small friendly conversations with the staff shows they care about their work. The hotel is within walking distance from everything; bars, restaurants and Lucas Oil football field which is pretty cool and the Indianapolis Pacers basketball stadium. We got pizza and we're able to eat in the lobby while enjoying drinks from the bar. Went to the Slippery Noodle and walked back to the hotel with no problem and enjoyed some local sites also. Enjoy your stay.
Jennifer Schleicher: Clean & good service. Good restaurants in hotel. Stayed on the top floor for a great night time view. Good restaurant on site.Food & drinks: Restaurant bar on site.

They did a fantastic job feeding all of us, hosting Galas and Socials, and accommodating everyone. Hospitality here was truly amazing and they made the guests feel appreciated. Everything is neat and orderly, room was beautiful, everything clean. amazing work

楊爵銘: 附近交通便利Nearby activities: 離展覽場不會很遠
M: Everything about the place is serviceable but below average. Elevator is tiny. Rooms and beds are small but nice. Everything seemed clean enough. No bugs as far as I can tell. No extra blankets, pillows or even a pen in the rooms. Got a decent deal price wise and staff was nice enough. Hallways and general location seems iffy but alright so far. Definitely below average compared to other hotel chains I've used. The biggest issue for me was the fact that there is no latch or lock on the bathroom door. It even slides so you can't block it in anyway from the inside!
Daniel (BBraw1indy): Had a GREAT time!My best friend and I have stayed here before, and as usual, we had an amazing weekend get-away!!! The Hotel parking Is FREE, and it's the ONLY Downtown Indianapolis hotel that IS!!! Nice, Clean, convenient downtown location, and I would TOTALLY recommend it.We were in town for the IndyPride Parade & Festival.!!! It was a GREAT weekend.!!!"HAPPY PRIDE EVERYBODY!" :-)
Sara Whitaker: The staff here was amazing and so kind and helpful. We booked room through Hotel.com and I regret doing so through that website. Next time we will book through BW now La Quinta website and not a third party.Upon arrival staff greeted us, showed us where additional parking was and Jasmine was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Then upon departure we had issues with Hotel.com with sending our virtual payment over to the hotel and Tish who was working the front desk at BW went above and beyond to get the situation resolved with the third party booking agency. We can’t thank her enough for taking the time and helping us. She was remarkable 😊And the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay there again.
Huey Harris: Tish you tuned a great experience into a horrible negative experience. You are the reason this hotel will not have my business any longer. You were very unwelcoming and anyone in their right mind can see you have major issues. From screaming at your manager over phone. If that was her. To making guests feel not welcoming. You walk around with a hateful look and I. Not the only one who notices this. I had several guests in lobby whispering. About your nasty 🤢 attitude and unprofessional attire. Who wears flip flops while working that's not professional. Who tells guests your room was about to be cancelled at check in, when there were notes saying I will be checking in at 5ish and I called ahead of time. You Tish are the reason I will take my money elsewhere. The owners and partners are not in business to loose customers but make money by increasing revenue off of returning guests. But I will not return because of the way I was treated that prompts my 9yr old to say dad she's mean.Trish Trish Trish treat guest better unless you will be working on the streets picking up trash
Sara Zervos: Good place to stay in downtown Indianapolis.Friendly staff, clean rooms, parkingon-site
Christopher Fowler: I attended a a party there was not in a room it was in a common area
Joshua Perry: It has a really bad considering it's downtown. The room was normal but in the middle of the night "somehow" the secondary lock was triggered and couldn't get back in the room. Staff said they couldn't do anything and tried to give me another room so I just busted through it. Staff said they called night manager but I asked in the morning and nobody ever called. I believe they thought we were drunk and they were trying to rob us, will never go back. The manager below is trying to say we were in adjoining rooms? I don't know where they got that. In the morning the manager didn't even know what I was talking about when I brought all this up. Nobody but my girlfriend and I had a key and the woman at the front desk brought up a broom to open it up. I'm not sleeping in another room when my belongings are in the one that paid for. This below is an outright lie. My girlfriend and I were the only ones staying there and we were always together. Even if we were in adjoining rooms which we weren't, how did another guest we didn't know get in the door, get out and not bother to steal my electronics?
Pluto: The stay was phenomenal! The customer service was the best I’ve ever had. Very professional and the the location couldn’t have been better. Ms. Nancy Dougherty gave me and my entire team a late checkout to help accommodate with our late flights back to Colorado. Wonderful experience! If your looking for great service and a comfortable stay then look no further.
Michael Lyons: Had a great stay over 3 days. Staff was awesome. Nancy was great working with our group checking in and outRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bret Koesser: Great value and free parking. Great location.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mike Swift: My experience was good. Nice updated clean rooms. Free breakfast in the morning. Parking located at the hotel, underground parking also.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Leanne Kirts: Greeted by staff when checking in. They were fun to talk with! Enjoyed them immensely! Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Most everything we were here visiting for was in walking distance!
Joseph Steele: Had a good time. City view room is decent for a good price.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Tom S: We had a bug in our bed, with blood on the sheets. They wouldn't refund our money for the night. Hotel manager accused us of bring the bug into the hotel. The hotel manger handled it very poorly. Good luck staying at this place.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Skott Mealer: Attended the2023 NRA Convention and stayed here. Great room, the restaurant was excellent and within walking distance to the Convention center. Another bonus was its near severial great restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. Great place!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Katie Schoster: Pros: Clean hotel, walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and friendly staff. Hotel is connected to the mall, so easy access to food court and shopping.Cons: Front desk offered to upgrade our hotel room to a room with a view and did not disclose it would be an additional fee. We only realized this when we got our bill. Very disappointed. So beware of upgrade offers.
Troy Davidhizer: Nice place to stay in Indy. Rooms were clean and in good condition.Walkability: Close to restaurants and things to doRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tiffany Nguyen: I woke up at 12:40am due to grown men screaming and cheering playing ping pong downstairs. The sound of their cheers and clapping bellows above where the rooms are located and you can hear everything. I literally have to wake up in a few hours and I couldn’t go to sleep due to them being so loud. I called front desk to try to get ahold of somebody to make a noise complaint and nobody answered so I went downstairs myself and asked the people to please keep it down because people who have to work tomorrow need to sleep. They disregard my plea and got loud again once I got back to my floor. This is a nice hotel to stay in because the rooms are clean but my bathroom’s tub was clogged and drained really slow and the air conditioner was broken. I won’t be coming back.
Jeanne Buza: Went to a concert right around the corner and they were amazing and no curved walls to walk into when drunk.. but if you're higher then the 2nd wall don't look over the edge! The parking was not included which sucked but worth it!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jenni Lynn Weatherhead: Beautiful view of the Capital from our room. Comfortable bed, clean room. Dinner at Eagles Nest was amazing. Spectacular view. WHAT A MEMORABLE EVENING.Food & drinks: Delicious drinks.
Brandon Bally: My room at the Wyatt was beautiful. From the view all the way down to the comfortable feel that the furniture, bed, and even color scheme provided. The only notable concern that I can state is that a few hours after I checked in, a hotel security guard attempted to forcibly enter my room. At the time I was laying down in bed and listening to music so that I could relax. I heard the handle and door lock rattling and naturally went to see what was causing the noise. A few seconds later I heard the voice of a man stating I needed to open the door. I asked who it was and they said they were the hotel security. In response, I asked what their reason for coming to the door was. They said that it was because "I wasn't supposed to be in that room."To be able to show proof that I indeed was supposed to be in the room, I opened the door and immediately showed the security guard and the receptionist with him, my key badge to unlock the door aforementioned.Mind you...this is the same receptionist who at check in gave me the mf key card in the little white hotel slip they always put them in. The ones that clearly have the room number written in bold. I'm not dyslexic (no offense & all love) and I am quite fond of reading. After the guard saw the card with the number clearly written on it, he apologized and told me that there was a mistake. All in all, my stay in Indianapolis was memorable. Sometimes, small things happen that can come as a distraction if you allow them to be. Peace is and forever will be something we have to choose to keep. No matter where we are. Despite what was cited as a mistake on the part of the hotel staff, the hotel is one that I would be open to staying at in the future for any other trips to this city. Just next time, don't question whether I'm supposed to be there or not. I deserved to be.
Linda Wilson: Our bathroom was really tiny!!! Room was nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location.Walkability: Within walking distance to many things down town
Michael McKeown: I was very pleased and cannot say one thing negative about my stay. I would recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jonah Dunn: Great location, amenities and options for food and drinks.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Trey Newman: Great location and clean rooms. Cool for a Hyatt Regency. Love staying here
Mark Hirschman: It was just okI called room service to fix our fan and some how my wallet and medication come up missing i found my wallet at the front desk atleastRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Amber Long: We stayed 4 nights, Thursday through Monday. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. The lobby had a nice coffee machine and also water/lemonade/tea station. The pool could have been warmer. There were not enough towels on some days.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Chris C: Had a nice stay! The staff were helpful, and my 5-year old loved the lemonade in the lobby. Bathroom was bigger than other BWs I've stayed in.Food & drinks: Coffee/espresso/hot water machine and lemonade/cold teas available in the lobby
David Brinkman: Beautiful new facility, sub par staff.Men's room in lobby had no soap (2 days). They only had small ( 4 or 5 inch) plates in the breakfast area. Sausages were burnt. The place has a lot of potential, but they need training/guidance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kenneth & Amanda Poole: Reserved room a few days ago as I was coming to Indianapolis for a funeral. Easy reservation, upon check in, clerk was very nice and respectful. Room was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again if in Indianapolis.
Hollie Shelton: This is hands down the nicest and cleanest Best Western Plus that I have stayed in. Even the stairwells smelled good. They have a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that has a lot of options; as well as green tea, lemonade, and sweet tea. There’s even a machine for yogurt. The waffle station at breakfast had sprinkles, chocolate chips, and cherries! I thought that was a really nice touch. My interactions with employees were all pleasant, too.I have nothing but good things to say about this property! We even joked that we’d come back to Indianapolis just to stay in this Best Western Plus.
Jon Kline: What a great stay! The staff is nice and the rooms are recently updated. I appreciated the small touches like a ton of USB charging options in the room. There are also two EV charging spots. The breakfast waffles were very good.
Jessica Becker: We stayed here for a large sports tournament. The breakfast each morning was wiped out, granted lots of athletes but the overall setup was very small and if your expecting a large number for events you plan ahead. Our room was fine, clean. But we had to have our key cards reset multiple times from the 1st night. One wouldn't work, one would. Our daughter couldn't get in after being out with a friend. The day we went to leave, none of our keys worked. We had to go to the desk twice that morning for new cards, making us late for our event. Never had so many issues with entering a room before.
Peyton Ello: LACK OF HOT WATER!!! homeless man chased us out the mf building! NOOOOOO WAFFLE MIX IN THE MAKER! NO HABLO INGLES! LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN HOTEL ROOM! HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE SERVICE!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Nina Barnes: The location was exactly where I needed it to be. The room was clean and neat. However, the water in the bathroom never got hot. It was barely warm. The front desk lady, who checked me in, was snippy. I had requested a room near the pool, however, was placed on the 4th floor. The pool was closed the whole weekend, yet I didn't find out until I reached the hotel. I booked on a website. The hotel had me sign a rules list stating that they patrol the hallways between 10pm and 7am to ensure the guests have a peaceful rest...any violations of this rule list would result in immediate eviction. But there were guests with loud music until 1-2am and screaming from another room.
Alyssa McBride: Booked a room online and upon arrival I was denied check in because the didn’t accept my debit card. The same card they had already charged. They didn’t refund me and they fought the dispute with my bank so I had to pay more money to book another hotel. Staff weren’t very helpful either.
Mombie 440: I stayed here this past weekend. While the rooms were adequate, and breakfast was subpar, but again, adequate, my frustrations were with reservations. I called weeks ago to book four rooms and was very clear, checking twice that this was for four rooms as most Indianapolis hotels were selling out. When I arrived only one room was reserved which left the rest of our group scrambling for a room to stay at the last minute. This definitely threw a monkey wrench in our plans. The staff was nice, but there was no service recovery because the rooms had already been booked.
brittney taylor: This is in addition to my last review please see below for that. I was originally suppose to be charged $280 for two nights stayed one night and was to be credited 1 of those nights because I complained about them not having hot water and putting me next to barking dogs to manager Bridgette N. And the company went back in the system and charged me for 3 nights!!! Then they took off one night so I’m still being charged for two nights. I’m going through fraud department now. Don’t waste your time

Christina Bennett: Cozy and clean hotel rooms. The room was clean, and they do have a continental breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and you are close to many restaurants. Brian Critchlow: Always treated great by the staff. Always get a clean room. The location far enough away from traffic to get a good night's sleepRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Yolanda Costner: Just be aware of booking by a third party and prepaying for your room. They tried to adjust my rate by adding the amount for that one night stay. After contacting the booking agent, the manager was called to override the "extra nightly fee." The afternoon staff was not very friendly. Other guess checking in stated that she was on the phone fussing with her daughter. When she told them their room wasn't ready for early check in, they turned on the reception area light to wait in the lobby as most folks do while waiting for their room. The worker turned off the lights and told them they could not wait. Then she asked them if they wanted to cancel their reservation! We all kept our reservation because we wanted to be in the same hotel and had traveled from various places outside of Indiana. After we received our rooms, none of us were giving any information about the facility, breakfast, or check out time.Other than service, the renevated motel rooms are small and cozy. They were very clean and well maintained. We actually had a fairly brand new smart TV in the room. We didn't realize until we arrived that the rooms could only be accessed outside-but that was our fault of not looking at the exterior more closely. We put the iron board and iron up against the door to alert us IF anyone tried to break in. Our group had three rooms, and we all agreed to never stay here again. They did honor our request to put all the rooms next door to each other. After the Pacers game, we did stop by the front desk to get information about breakfast. The night clerk gentleman was very professional and kind; however, we decided not to eat the 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. continental breakfast and left way before the 11 a.m. check out. We did appreciate that the Twin Peaks restaurant was conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.
Jason: Stayed here overnight this weekend. It's clean, nice, and the staff is awesome. Definitely will come here again. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

David Luja-King: Outstanding value! This hotel is a real gem. My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always had pleasant stays. Since Clarion took over, things have only got better. The beds are very soft and comfortable and they have new bed sheets and comforters. The towels are big and fluffy and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The mini frudge is rommy with a seperate freezer. They have brand new LG smart TVsThe manager and staff are friendly and helpful.

debjani singha: I was here for a convention. It is a unique hotel. Try to book the room in the train.
Denise Pallarito: The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis did its best to retain the train history that built the city. It is on the National Historic Registry. The rooms are efficient. We stayed in 352, which is an internal room with no view of the outside. We had a view of the wall (which was fine with us). The atmosphere was a friendly one. Throughout the property are statues depicting what activity would have been like.We will definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: There is a tunnel to get to the convention center.Walkability: Very walkable to the sites of Indianapolis.

ramin valamagham: The worst hotel to stay that I do not recommend to anyone, wrong and rude management. In this hotel, when my family and I arrived, the pit bull dog brought by the staff's sister attacked us and my child and caused us fear and terror! Unfortunately, due to the extreme rudeness and fear of our complaint, none of the managers They did not apologize and were not even seen! This is not a safe place for anyone, especially those with children, there are incompetent managers and tricksters. Their cameras recorded the terrible moments of the dog attack, but they were afraid of our complaint and sought to lie and give us a discount, which I did not accept.
Hussain Muammar: I had no option but to stay here 1 night. Found 3 hairs in my bed, and it was all wrinkly. I'm not sure if the sheets were changed, and it was not a good experiance. The breakfest, if that's what u wanna call it, was not good.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Denese Cowherd: Communication is a must and this place fails greatly at it. Staff is still friendlyCleaning staff is wonderfulBut that front desk needs improvement in communicatingRooms: Clean and stocked
Adam Kline: The best way to describe our stay was a prison sentence. We traveled with a larger group that tried to enjoy time in the lobby/dining area. We had a few card/board games and for the most part, were cognizant of the guests around us. There were a few times the volume of our group was loud but nothing that we felt would warrant multiple visits from the front desk associate who advised us he was receiving noise complaints. By the end of the night, the number of complaints he claimed to receive were well over 25. Other than our group, there wasn't more than a few other guests staying at the hotel. Where were the noise complaints coming from? Speaking of the end of the night, at 10:30 a security guard, not employed by the hotel, stopped in and told us we had to leave the area at 11:00. We asked for an explanation as we've never been given a curfew for a hotel lobby in the past. We were told we had to leave because that is the way it is. At 11:00, a different security guard stopped in and threw us out of the lobby. Again, no real explanation given. Oddly enough, this did not happen the second night, although security was there at 11:00, we were not asked to leave? The rooms weren't bad. Ours was decent but one family discovered their room to be uncleaned after checking in. The front desk was able to quickly place them in another room. Another family didn't have a working HVAC unit. The hotel didn't offer them any assistance.
John Nevin: I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Room was clean and smoke free. Big plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Another plus. Breakfast was blah but that's normal. Three fire alarms in the early morning. Minus. Though fireman was nice. Tub stopper didn't work. Minus. And finally, construction noise is challenging. Big minus. But when it's done this little hotel will be easy to recommend.
brandie finkley: Hotel is currently upgrading the facility. However the staff on site were very professional, room was clean and I didn’t experience any problems with noise. Hotel is close to highway
Jay & MaryAnn Martin: We were able to get a room without making reservations, and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The fan kept clicking off and on all night (with enough noise to wake me), and the drain in the vanity seemed partially plugged. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying.
Morgan Baker: A great location, right off the highway easy to find. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel did not recognize my membership status at all, and I had to wait a while for an employee to return to the desk. Also major renovations are still underway, so the lobby was unwelcoming and not clean. Breakfast was provided, mediocre. Would have looked and felt nicer if there wasn't construction dust everywhere. Pool was closed. Building did appear secure and we had to buzz in after hours.

Elizabeth Allen: Yes they have some construction work going on, however it’s quite clean which is impressive for an active construction scene. Beds and chairs are comfy, customer service is friendly and helpful.
Jose Murillo: I don’t know this part of town but you can’t come in unless you ring the front desk from a phone outside the door. To me that screams bad part of town or high security…I was questioning my decision to stay here but it was a one nighter so the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Slept well and continued my road trip. Not much else to say as I didn’t stay but 9 hours.
gary kozee: Place smelled of weed everyday. Saw the same guy come and go several times. Must be a place for dealers.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More

geralyn hoerauf: Checked in late evening after checking other local hotels and finding no vacancies. Staff did not ask whether we were rewards members and had to be promprted to search for lower price options thru Rewards, AAA, AARP. Corridor and room finishes have been updated (and are nice), furniture is pretty old and TV small. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator was a mess. Good enough stop for the night.
Margaret Samana: Lovely place and close to a lot of restaurants.Rooms: Wish the windows opened a little. Room smelled a little off. Other than that it was good.Food & drinks: A lot of stores and restaurants near even a Liquor store in the same parking lot.
Sean Jenkins: The owner is very rudeRooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Vanessa S: There is bed bugs!!!No refrigerator. It smells like smoke. Not a pleasant smell.Overall hotel needs a remodel.
Elle: No complaints other than my neighbor always loud especially early mornings when he blares his speaker by people's windows before 8am and all night and day people constantly knocking or banging on his door all hours I actually work for a living and I pay all my rent every week I dk understand I live in a hotel but I also have respect for people and I'm not loud at all I stay to myself
Kevin Pedigo: Well to start this laundry list of omfg you walk in to your room and the first thing you see are cockroaches running on the walls. Followed by the smell of mold. The fan in the rest room dose not work. The bath tubs look like they have never been cleaned. I found hairs of some long haired blonde. No body with me had blonde hair,Eeeee...!!!! Over all a gross way to spend 70 bucks.
Francisco Williams: Clean
Caitlin Schantz: NO one answers the phone when calling the number to the hotel. I booked a room and had a questions but the phone just rings and rings. Tried different times as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY on this place.
Trevor Melvin: Very rude my wife and I have an emotional support animal which when we checked in were not told of any new policy of animals not being allowed on property even a 1 year old service 🐕‍ . But because my wife was not fully checked out and I was on my way when from the bank walking 1.5 miles back an older man with white hair and I assume the cleaning lady who couldn't even understand or want to understand English. Keep informing my wife to that she needed to go to the office. When I finally got here my wife had not been left alone and was being belittled and berated by the same two people. My wife suffers from migraine, high blood pressure, seizures, and is easily stressed when those kind of things happen. Our esa helps my wife with her blood pressure, stress and seizures. Our esa is still learning and knew to stay close to mom but he didn't know what to do yet to the people who were attacking her. He stayed quiet and didn't even bark at them. How is that a way to treat any customer? I do commend the office manager who first came down said something and then accepted that my wife said "My husband is on his way. He will be here in about 15 minutes." And then left her alone, didn't say anything about our ESA. That will be the last time I ever stay here again!!!!!!
Mackenzie Smith: Roaches. Rooms could be cleanerRooms: Nice sizeFood & drinks: Up front and right down the street
