Babajide Adebiyi: I have had daily battery drain for 2 months and some outlets in my Ford Expedition ( car stereo, cig lighter and remote starter) stopped working. I have paid at least two auto shops, Gates Ireland Rd ( charged me $100) and Jordan Auto ( same amount and extra ) to diagnose the drain and they couldnt still fix my drain and fix my electronic issues. Infact Gates wanted me to pay extra fees to diagnose the drain and told me they checked all fuses and can't do anything further because i have an aftermarket stereo).Martins Auto fixed my electronic issues ( just one fuse blown changed) the very first day I took my Ford to them. They also diagnosed and fixed the source of the drain which was caused by a bad rear wiper motor which keeps working even when the car has been turned off.Walmart Auto Manager told me the big auto service centers like Gates, Jordan etc. don't really know their job and I completely agree because I was also told my battery cells were bad but I never changed the battery during this period.

The tow trucker driver was amazing and it put my mind at ease that I would be taken care of. Boy was I wrong. It took a week to “fix” what they said was wrong with it, which I was fine with. I got two separate calls one stating it needed more work and I elected to do everything to fix my car. My car overheated due to a fluid leak. Two weeks later after paying over 2k to “fix” my car fluid was still leaking and check engine light on. Car was no longer drivable. If you have any choice don’t let these ppl scam you into “fixing” your vehicle.Service:Car towing

I had promised to do a review and completely allowed time and weeks and months go by and I and truly sorry and deeply apologize for my procrastination.I would like to say that these guys are great. Top notch.I was in a pinch far from home and they quickly discovered the issue and fixed it with in a very reasonable amount of time.My air condition went out on a very hot day and bam they got it up and cooling again. They had also noticed that my back breaks and rotors and calipers were faulty.Which I had them fixed a week ago by bell tire, they advised me to go back to Belle tire to have them fix their mistake.I am a middle-aged single woman and car stuff really is not my thing lolBut I was totally treated with respect and was shown step by step how and why certain things on my vehicle needed to be fixed. They would show me what a good caliper should look like and what a bad one looks like.It really helped me out and put me at ease.Well a couple about a week goes by and something g seemed to go wrong g with my aur condition again and I called them and made an appointment to bring it in so they could fix it.It was actually an issue that was related to the air condition but not the initial thing they fixed, but it was a simple part that regulated the temperature that needed to be changed.They were super awesome and totally replaced that part and fixed it and did not charge me an extra penny.Most places would have charged me another 200 bucks or more, but not these guys.Wow.I am so sorry I took so long to make this review 😪Please forgive me.If I lived closer I would make this place my go to for all my vehicles. Turns out the wires were crushed by 'previous mechanic'.Update: My wife sent the repair bills to Fred & Jim. They reimbursed my repairs from Kyle's, and apologized for not clarifying my options on my first call. I did feel stonewalled, but this response changes my thinking. F&J has been around a long time, and I can't imaging them doing so unless thoroughly competent. Everyone makes mistakes, it takes class to admit and amend them.
