ramin valamagham: The worst hotel to stay that I do not recommend to anyone, wrong and rude management. In this hotel, when my family and I arrived, the pit bull dog brought by the staff's sister attacked us and my child and caused us fear and terror! Unfortunately, due to the extreme rudeness and fear of our complaint, none of the managers They did not apologize and were not even seen! This is not a safe place for anyone, especially those with children, there are incompetent managers and tricksters. Their cameras recorded the terrible moments of the dog attack, but they were afraid of our complaint and sought to lie and give us a discount, which I did not accept.

Adam Kline: The best way to describe our stay was a prison sentence. We traveled with a larger group that tried to enjoy time in the lobby/dining area. We had a few card/board games and for the most part, were cognizant of the guests around us. There were a few times the volume of our group was loud but nothing that we felt would warrant multiple visits from the front desk associate who advised us he was receiving noise complaints. By the end of the night, the number of complaints he claimed to receive were well over 25. Other than our group, there wasn't more than a few other guests staying at the hotel. Where were the noise complaints coming from? Speaking of the end of the night, at 10:30 a security guard, not employed by the hotel, stopped in and told us we had to leave the area at 11:00. We asked for an explanation as we've never been given a curfew for a hotel lobby in the past. We were told we had to leave because that is the way it is. At 11:00, a different security guard stopped in and threw us out of the lobby. Again, no real explanation given. Oddly enough, this did not happen the second night, although security was there at 11:00, we were not asked to leave?The rooms weren't bad. Ours was decent but one family discovered their room to be uncleaned after checking in. The front desk was able to quickly place them in another room. Another family didn't have a working HVAC unit. The hotel didn't offer them any assistance.
John Nevin: I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Room was clean and smoke free. Big plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Another plus. Breakfast was blah but that's normal. Three fire alarms in the early morning. Minus. Though fireman was nice. Tub stopper didn't work. Minus. And finally, construction noise is challenging. Big minus. But when it's done this little hotel will be easy to recommend.

Jay & MaryAnn Martin: We were able to get a room without making reservations, and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The fan kept clicking off and on all night (with enough noise to wake me), and the drain in the vanity seemed partially plugged. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying.
Morgan Baker: A great location, right off the highway easy to find. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel did not recognize my membership status at all, and I had to wait a while for an employee to return to the desk. Also major renovations are still underway, so the lobby was unwelcoming and not clean. Breakfast was provided, mediocre. Would have looked and felt nicer if there wasn't construction dust everywhere. Pool was closed. Building did appear secure and we had to buzz in after hours.

Jose Murillo: I don’t know this part of town but you can’t come in unless you ring the front desk from a phone outside the door. To me that screams bad part of town or high security…I was questioning my decision to stay here but it was a one nighter so the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Slept well and continued my road trip. Not much else to say as I didn’t stay but 9 hours.

Staff did not ask whether we were rewards members and had to be promprted to search for lower price options thru Rewards, AAA, AARP. Corridor and room finishes have been updated (and are nice), furniture is pretty old and TV small. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator was a mess. Good enough stop for the night.

Steve Humphrey: I had just arrived at the Conrad Hilton in Indianapolis,IN and realized that I had left my iPhone in the Lyft driver’s car. Alex, who was working outside for the Conrad quickly handed me his phone and told me to call my phone, which I did. I new traveler answered my phone. I told them to please have the driver return to the Conrad hotel and return my phone. The driver did return my phone and I was very relieved.Thank you Alex for your quick thinking help. Erika Winslow: They had some system issues during our stay. It took a very long time to get checked in. We were unable to access the room in time to get ready for our dinner reservations. They did offer to let us use the locker room on the 6th floor though.We had asked for extra pillows when we booked the reservation. We didn’t get them. I didn’t bring this up with the staff. They were already having a rough day due to the system issues so I didn’t want to bring up another thing for them.The room was nice. We loved the bathroom. The bed was ok. Our backs were sore the next morning, but everything else was nice.I think this would have been a 5-star review if the system had been working properly. The staff did the best they could given the circumstances.

Kevin Pedigo: Well to start this laundry list of omfg you walk in to your room and the first thing you see are cockroaches running on the walls. Followed by the smell of mold. The fan in the rest room dose not work. The bath tubs look like they have never been cleaned. I found hairs of some long haired blonde. No body with me had blonde hair,Eeeee...!!!! Over all a gross way to spend 70 bucks.

Trevor Melvin: Very rude my wife and I have an emotional support animal which when we checked in were not told of any new policy of animals not being allowed on property even a 1 year old service 🐕 . But because my wife was not fully checked out and I was on my way when from the bank walking 1.5 miles back an older man with white hair and I assume the cleaning lady who couldn't even understand or want to understand English. Keep informing my wife to that she needed to go to the office. When I finally got here my wife had not been left alone and was being belittled and berated by the same two people. My wife suffers from migraine, high blood pressure, seizures, and is easily stressed when those kind of things happen. Our esa helps my wife with her blood pressure, stress and seizures. Our esa is still learning and knew to stay close to mom but he didn't know what to do yet to the people who were attacking her. He stayed quiet and didn't even bark at them. How is that a way to treat any customer? I do commend the office manager who first came down said something and then accepted that my wife said "My husband is on his way. He will be here in about 15 minutes." And then left her alone, didn't say anything about our ESA. That will be the last time I ever stay here again!!!!!!

Nuakia Diagne: Full disclosure, we never made it to the hotel, so this review is related to customer service. I booked this hotel for a weekend stay because my son was playing in a tournament in Indianapolis. The plans for his team fell through, so we had to cancel the room. Due to the cancellation policy for the room I booked, the entire amount for both nights has already been charged to my card and there is no refund available. We have additional travel dates coming up in locations where there are other IHG properties, so I asked if it would be possible to use the money I have already paid towards one of those trips. They would not even consider it, which is a shame because I have heard good things about this brand and was planning to use them for all of our travel going forward. I do understand that that there is a policy that must be followed, but it is disappointing that an organization this size would keep a consumer's money and not make any effort to help them remedy a situation that could easily be addressed.

Rachael Duchateau: 10/10 recommend staying here. Convenient location if you plan on doing things downtown, the room was clean and looked great, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. Only got to use the pool once but both pool/fitness area was nice and clean. It seemed to be completely booked, yet we stayed two nights and other than hearing a door open or close every once in a while, sounded like no one else was here so that was a plus. They have some parking in the back of building and then the rest in the garage 2 buildings over which wasn’t too bad of a walk at all. It was $25 per car per night which isn’t as expensive as some places. Overall just a great experience, will be back for sure! :)

The rooms are lovely and spacious (I was on 5th floor) and the shower is amazing, you feel like you’re under a waterfall) will definitely rebook when I’m in Indiana.

From the rustic / steampunk vibes to the amazing rain shower, everything here was a great experience.Upon arrival, we parked the car and headed inside. Check in is on the second floor, there are elevators and a central staircase. The team at the front desk are very welcoming and explained all of the restaurant options and amenities. I wish we had more time to stay in Indy to experience all of the amenities because this hotel was very nice and well maintained. The room had ample space with a HUGE tv with all the modern apps. The ambiance in the room as well as the entire theme of the hotel was amazing. The rustic doors and exposed HVAC above was so neat.Let me tell you about this rain shower though. Probably the best shower experience I have ever had. I will be looking into renovating my home bathroom after experiencing this rain shower… it was THAT good. The weight of the water felt like a nice massage. I didn’t want to leave Since we are on a long road trip, we ordered room service for breakfast from Rize before heading out for our next leg of the trip. We ordered the farm house eggs, a cinnamon roll, and yogurt with granola. Everything we had was top notch. The cinnamon roll was the size of my head and came with two sides of icing.Upon leaving, I asked for a small bag of ice to fill up my cooler. They brought me a good amount of ice directly to my room and in a fairly short amount of time too!I’m fairly certain my future Hotel experiences will not live up to this one. Will definitely be the ONLY hotel I’ll be staying at in Indy. 💯

Isabella Rosebrock: We needed somewhere to stash 2 adults, 2 large house cats and one Service Dog (Airedale Terrier) while our attic was being treated for mold removal. The staff were exceptionally helpful & we were even able to check in at an unusually early time. I will definitely be recommending this place to the folks I know. The decor is most epic & the Heritage rooms are so spacious. We will be staying here again, even if it's just for a mini-staycation!Rooms: I *love* the industrial decor. The hallways that lead to the rooms are safe behind doors with electronic locks the hallway lighting fixtures are just perfect for a dark cozy atmosphere. The work spaces are incredible, the couch is super comfy. The beds are even great! The shower can turn into an erotic show in the Heritage rooms, or there is a blind that can be lowered for total bathroom privacy. It's a really well done space.Nearby activities: So much shopping!!!!Food & drinks: With the Keystone at the Crossings area just a few minutes away, there is so much more food dining if the hotel restaurants aren't to your liking. But with so many cuisine choices connected to the hotel, it's doubtful you'll need all those options.

Kasee Hall: I've stayed here twice now, and both times the rooms were immaculate. Even when busy, it's still a very quiet hotel. We didn't bring our pup, but it is a dog friendly hotel, with water and treats in the lobby. Staff is very friendly & helpful, all throughout the night. The first time we stayed here was on our anniversary, and staff upgraded our room for free when they found out. Management is wonderful - my partner had responded to their reviews the first time we stayed, and because there were services we didn't try (thus didn't review), the next time we stayed they gave us complimentary champagne & chocolates! And let me tell ya, those chocolates are absolutely delicious. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean, and the shower is very romantic - you can choose whether or not to pull the curtain down on the outside of the shower, depending on if you'd like your partner to watch or if you'd prefer privacy. The back of the shower isn't entirely see through, shows more of an outline than details. I didn't do a good job of including it in photos but it's one of my favorite designs of this hotel.Great hotel to get away from life and just relax, and/or to spend time with a partner.(Photos are from the first stay only)
Elena G: Loved it 😍. First time here. Our room was on the fifth floor. Loved the angle windows with the blinds, the assortment of snacks and drinks offered. The price menu of the snack and drinks, which included the wine glasses. They even have a small area with snacks and water for dogs right next to reception. Loved the fact that the only way to access guest suite thru elevator was to use your room key.
Chobee Sheets: My husband and I booked two nights. We checked in and went to the room. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. A few hours later, after having a bad experience at a local theater, we decided to just go home. The hotel staff could tell I was upset and gave us a full refund. Even though it wasn’t their fault, and we were happy to pay, they went out of their way to make up for something they didn’t have to.

DeeDee Allen: I loved my stay at Home2 Suites. It was the best deal I could find near the convention center AND it provided breakfast! The walk to the convention center was less than 10 minutes and it was easy and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was very large with a small kitchen and sitting area. There were also lots of storage cabinets. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and my entire stay!

We had horrible internet service, the room’s tv wouldn’t work properly, the window looked into a white concrete hallway instead of outside, and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. The room itself was fairly dingy and pretty meh. Maybe there are other rooms that would have been better, but ours on the second floor was not great.Best part of the stay was the amazing valet folks. They were quick, helpful, and so kind.Do yourself a favor and choose any other downtown hotel when in Indy.

Molly Long: I felt very safe here visiting as a young woman. The valet helped me not only with parking my car with great service, but also with an uber situation they did not have to help me with. The only complaint I have is that wifi was not free and did cost--I did not have any cell service in my room. The free breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. I also had a great experience with the customer service booking this hotel. I would stay here again, but I will plan accordingly knowing that I cannot access my phone from the hotel without purchasing a plan.

Yolanda Costner: Just be aware of booking by a third party and prepaying for your room. They tried to adjust my rate by adding the amount for that one night stay. After contacting the booking agent, the manager was called to override the "extra nightly fee." The afternoon staff was not very friendly. Other guess checking in stated that she was on the phone fussing with her daughter. When she told them their room wasn't ready for early check in, they turned on the reception area light to wait in the lobby as most folks do while waiting for their room. The worker turned off the lights and told them they could not wait. Then she asked them if they wanted to cancel their reservation! We all kept our reservation because we wanted to be in the same hotel and had traveled from various places outside of Indiana. After we received our rooms, none of us were giving any information about the facility, breakfast, or check out time.Other than service, the renevated motel rooms are small and cozy. They were very clean and well maintained. We actually had a fairly brand new smart TV in the room. We didn't realize until we arrived that the rooms could only be accessed outside-but that was our fault of not looking at the exterior more closely. We put the iron board and iron up against the door to alert us IF anyone tried to break in. Our group had three rooms, and we all agreed to never stay here again. They did honor our request to put all the rooms next door to each other. After the Pacers game, we did stop by the front desk to get information about breakfast. The night clerk gentleman was very professional and kind; however, we decided not to eat the 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. continental breakfast and left way before the 11 a.m. check out. We did appreciate that the Twin Peaks restaurant was conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.

While the room was comfortable, well decorated, and clean, what made my experience top-rate was the staff. Zahra was there for my check in - she was friendly, guided me through the hotel amenities, and made me feel welcome as a Marriott elite member. KRISTINE Black: I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and the TOP NOTCH STAFF. As a germiphobe myself.. and my adult daughter who is even more of one...we both were SO comfortable here. The air...cleaner than clean! The room... sparkling.we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. When they say pet friendly...they mean it! They even remembered our pups names when we took them to walk them. We were hit with the minus 10 degree Temps and spent a lot more time in the hotel then planned as a lot of events got cancelled in Indy. It was a pleasure The beds...the shower...so comfy! The staff knew we has a rough go getting there with the ice. They were so sweet at check in. I adore this hotel!
Stephanie: It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating.The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles.All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

Steve Smith: This Best Western was by far the worst chain we have every stayed at. From check in to check out nothing would rate 2 star. Customer service was missing if you could even find help. Coffee was cold and what little food they had was nasty. Maintenance is needed in the bathroom, microwave isn't working and the elevator is scary to say the least. As we travel a lot I thought we would try someplace different and BW was selected. Never again.Did i forget to mention after a 3 day staff the cleaning staff provided us with a nice loud bang on the door at 8am. I must assume they wanted us out so they could come in and take a break or something as they certainly aren't doing much cleaning.Please cancel my rewards card..

T Tracy: While our room was fine for staying one night, there was an outlet that really needs to be looked at as the lamp wouldn't stay on unless the cord was in a certain spot. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast although the temperature of the food could have been warmer. But, what made this hotel nice was the fact that my daughter left a charger in the room and we didn't realize that until we received a phone call from them. They offered to mail the charger if we had already left the area! We actually were still in the area so I went later that day to pick it up. But to me, that shows a business that cares about their clientele! Most hotels will keep items for a while I'm sure but they wouldn't call you about them! That was very much appreciated!

Court Hutsen: We stayed here because it was easy access to the freeway for the Indy 500. I waited to long to book a hotel room so I paid an extremely high rate for our 1 night here. This hotel could be so much better than it is currently. I'm not as picky as my wife is as far as lodging options. But the room has potential. It had a queen bed on one side of the room and a pull out couch on the other. The room was spaced out nice with 2 TV's. It had a sink, countertop space, mini fridge that fit a fair amount of drinks and food and a few other nice touches. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I think it was slanted to my side. Lol!! I felt like I was gonna fall off it all night. My wife was less than impressed and I woke up with a back ache. But the purpose of the stay was 1 night quick stay and easy access to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and that I'd give this place a 5 star. Plus if you were flying into Indy or using the airport for any reason this hotel is a couple minutes from the airport. The staff was super friendly upon arriving and we asked for a couple extra towels and pillows and they were happy to help. They did have free breakfast in the A.M. but we left so early for the race we didn't take advantage of it. Overall I probably would stay some place a little nicer but it did serve it's purpose for what we needed it for.
